I was getting Tirzepatide through them after thinking it was a better deal. Their product is obviously watered down. I actually put on a couple of pounds. Nobody answers the phone there. Last month they sent me an envelope that didn’t have my medication in it. Called and left numerous messages and emailed multiple times. Finally a week later I get a reply that they are looking into it. Another week later and they email asking for pictures. Who keeps an empty package after a week or two? Refused to refund or send medication. Which actually worked out because I switched to an excellent company and lost 6 pounds after just 2 weeks. Never use them. They are a fake company.

They started off strong. But after 4 months, you can't get the needed form & video to complete for new meds. They don't return emails and you can't get anyone on the phone but they take your money without fail. I had to contact my bank to stop payments because 2 payments no product. Hopefully I'll get the product before I have to request my bank to get my money back.

Do not use sprout health for GLP 1 products. Horrible customer service.
