Keep away from this complete RUBBISH. DO ''NOT'' order this crap. It is a total scam......

A complete scam! The camera is not worth having. In my case I only ordered a camera and an SD card. They included other items that I did not order and despite sending all the items back, there has never been any refunds from them. Seems there any very many others that have lost there money too, beware!

Awful company to deal with . Purchased a camera arrived faulty. I email the company on many occasions no reply whatsoever .

SCAM. This merchant has been using 'thespyfocus.com' domain since early March 2026, before that they were using 'spyfocus.com'. It is, it appears, the same scam operation – adding unrequested items to orders and billing for those items, supplying mostly unfit for purpose goods with a deliberately onerous returns policy, and all wrapped up in a disingenuous money back guarantee. Their customer service is surprisingly polite, I assume to give the false impression of being genuine, but in reality it provides nothing of value back to the customer. The business appears to be run out of Lithuania, but it’s not transparent with nominees and other diversions to obfuscate who runs/owns this operation. AVOID

I saw the mini security camera advertised on YouTube, It was clunky and strange to try to buy one via PayPal and then I got an SMS from my bank to say that they had blocked my card because of a suspicous transaction. THANK GOODNESS. It turns out that "Spyfocus" had set it up to take more money out of my PayPal account. I have now had to change passwords an get a new credit card - and all the work that involves. A total theft company!

I ordered a mini spy-focus security camera on the 9th May this year so just ordered, I paid through PayPal £39. 98, but somehow spy focus took £146.78 through PayPal for what has never been explained to me having sent several emails with the same reply from spy focus each time sorry you are not happy with the goods which i doubt i will ever receive, I do not hold out any hope of getting my money back which has been taken or i feel stolen. I have now gone to my bank for help and hope they will refund the £146. This company or what ever it is, is running a scam and no one should touch them. I think when i ordered their must have been some sort of attachment hidden that generates more money for them because PayPal were not on my side and said it was my fault and the transaction stands even though they could see the two amounts for the same camera also spy-focus seemed to have set up a yearly fee through my PayPal account which i have now had made inactive as i never agreed to that . This company are out to steal your money and they are very clever how they are doing it. I think its a new type of scam. Hopefully they will be closed down in the near future

I ordered a mini Spyfocus camera in April, 2025 and received it in May,2025. I had little success setting it up. My Grandson (who works in IT) eventually managed to set the camera up but was concerned that it rattled and was sub standard. He then attempted to link it to the app. This was impossible but in the process the app wiped my car app. I then began the process of trying to return it. Eventually I managed to find details without being hooked in to the adverts on the site. Whilst negotiating the site another payment was attempted! My card provider was then involved and monitored my account to make sure that no further payments were attempted. I contacted the e-mail address that I had found. I sent six e-mails and received seven replies. I was offered a 25% refund, then a 50% refund and then a 75% refund. With each offer I was allowed to retain the camera saving me the return postage! Finally I was offered a full refund but I had to return the camera and pay the postage. There was no mention of the extended warranty that I had paid. I was also informed that it must be received by them within the 30 days allowed for return. By this time there was little hope of this without paying for a special delivery. After reading the reviews for this company I realised that if I paid the postage to return the camera it was doubtful that I would receive the refund. My other option was to contact my card provider for a refund. As the purchase was under £100 it would not be covered by section 75 refund. I have since purchased a Tapo camera at an extremely reasonable cost. This camera does everything that Spyfocus camera advertising promised but at a third of the price. It is fully functional with an app that not only works but does not interfere with any other apps. I highly recommend Tapo cameras and equipment. I would advise any potential buyers of Spyfocus equipment to steer clear.
