Best interest rates. Rapid transaction processing and always on time. Very open with information plus good reserve funds. Quite unique in that sense. Also in the sense that there is nearly always someone to talk to if necessary. Recent programme changes took a little getting used to, but then made sense. With one minor exception - most companies have the logout function somewhere obvious but it is necessary to go looking for it under "settings" in your case. Logout is not a setting in my view and it is not intuitive to look for it there. It should not be necessary to go find it when you have finished, it should just be somewhere obvious.

Really slick platform for investing and very helpful support. Good rates of return and have never had any problems. Does take a little while to work out how everything works but any questions have been swiftly answered via email.

I can't sign into the app, apparently I enter the wrong password, but I've entered it correctly. It doesn't remember the pin or biometrics. So many people complain about it but nothing done about it.
