I have been working in the care industry for 21 years, 18 of which have been in domiciliary care for different companies i Joined S & R Care Services a year ago. Not only do the staff go that extra mile to give the very best care we can The Management are very supportive of their customers and also very supportive of their staff.
I have twice broken down and rather than loose work the Manager has come out and taken me to my calls unlike other firms.
there is no you are not made to feel guilty if you are asked if you can cover any extra calls if you say no sorry that is the end of it.
With S and R I actually feel I can talk to management if I need to.

I adore working for S&R care services in thanet Kent the company is small but incredibly professional we all have had many years of experience and knowledge working in the care industry but this company has that special kind of staff that are passionate about their work and the quality of care they provide towards their clients who they treat like they would there own family that’s what makes us stand out above the rest I may be biased but I truly believe we go that extra mile how ever small or big that may be it make a huge difference to the clients we care for. The management are so caring and understanding and look after all their employees as individuals and really appreciate and value every single one of us .

we are so very grateful for all S&R are doing to keep mum in her home and on many many occasions they have gone above and beyond , its a really difficult thing to leave strangers with the person you love so very much but not only do they look after my mum , keeping her safe , sometimes with humour , singing , sharing there own stories but they also keep us sane because its sometimes very difficult when you are still working , i have already recommended S&R to a friend and will keep on doing that , i love the fact they are a small company as the person they are looking after is a person to them not just a client , wonderful and so grateful i found them

S&R really do care. The team are amazing, who all go above and beyond for each of their clients and staff. Great work, be proud
