I was recommended by my daughter who had recently had a new front door and windows fitted. My own front door was needing replaced and an upstairs window. I visited the showroom where I found the assistant to be very helpful. An appointment was booked for someone to visit my home. The rep was very knowledgeable and assisted me in making my final choice.
I was kept informed throughout and everything went exactly as I was told.
I am absolutely delighted with the door and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The guys who installed the new windows were excellent. Very friendly, respectful, tidy and careful. I would highly recommend SRJ Windows. The quality of the overall experience from the first phone call to the after sales follow up service was exactly what we wanted. Definitely a first rate company.

The staff have been great, from the salesman to the fitters to the after sales care it really does feel value for money. The windows and doors look great and have made a huge difference in our house. We needed a little bit of plastering afterwards which was followed up quickly and when was convenient for us.

Good experience from start to finish. Helpful sales experience, friendly and thorough survey, kept up to date throughout. Installation was trouble free, and the team not only did a good job, but were very pleasant and left everything neat and tidy. We haven’t a bad word to say.

Installation of our windows were completed in one day, beating our expectations. Staff friendly throughout the process and great communication.

Having front windows replaced, guys arrived and got on with the work. They took care in how they approach the work protecting existing flooring anad cleaning up after. Minor repairs to plaster and stone were required in the following days works completed. There was good communication all round.

The fitters arrived on time. They knew exactly what they were doing, very knowledgeable. Finished on time and left no mess. Good experience.

The guys were great very friendly and done a great job. Any mess was cleaned up too. Cant thank them enough and their singing wasn’t too bad either 😂. The staff in the office when booking the job were very friendly and explained the process and received email and phone calls prior to and after work was completed to check everything was ok.

Quick turnaround, great prices, friendly staff who respected our house and Neighbours and most importantly decent windows!

I've had SRJ fit windows and doors previously to my dad's home and the guys involved were good. Kept him informed on what was being done.
Polite and friendly and cleaned up afterwards.
So I've had windows replaced at my home and both times I had no problems.
Made a good job and again we're friendly, polite and did a brilliant job.
Will get them back for my kitchen 😋

Very impressed with SRJ windows Rosyth Scotland, from the salesman (Darren's )first visit to completion of our new windows and doors. I would highly recommend SRJ windows, the two guys that worked on our house were excellent, it was a big job but handled very professionally, top marks for everyone involved👏👏

Very high standard start to finish. Able to match the colour perfectly. Very happy with the final result. Looks amazing inside and out. Clean and tidy too. Cannot fault this firm.

No fuss. Easy to deal with. From fitters to over the phone service. Nothing was a trouble. Had an issue where we couldn’t get the kitchen trim fitted. It was weeks after we got a new kitchen fitted and the guys popped in and finished the trim the next day. Would certainly use the service again. Windows are excellent quality also.

Very happy with the quality of the windows. The installation team took a bit of pride in their work and were extremely tidy. From start to finish SRJ made the whole process pretty straightforward.

Got 4 windows replaced in January 2026, the SRJ team turned up prompt, covered all floorings and tidied up afterwards - couldnt ask for more! Even when they faced a mishap of a wonky sill that required a new cut of wood, this was addressed quickly and installed the following day!

SRJ arrived to complete the work exactly on the date and time stated. We had pre warning instructions therefore the work area was ready for them to start. No fuss or mess they left a good clean job with instructions on the use and care of our new doors. Our expectations were met and were not disappointed with the level of service or product quality.

Had french doors installed by SRJwindows last month. The installers arrived on time and used dust sheets to protect everything. They were hard working, polite and considerate, even to my wee dog! They did an excellent job and the doors look fabulous! I'm looking forward to summer to get the full use of them

The experience from start to finish was excellent and would highly recommend. We started off by going into the showroom to look around and the team there explained all options to myself and my wife. We then arranged to have a home survey later that day. Everything was explained to us and the different costs. No pressure to buy and when we said we would like to think about it the salesman was more than happy to leave it with us. Called him a day later to place order and get our date.

On date of installation the team turned up early and removed the old door quickly and cleanly before installing the new door, again within a good time to make disruption for the school run non existent. Everything was cleaned away and explained to us on the up keep.

I'd definitely have the team back for future windows and doors within the house.

The guys were friendly and professional, the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. My new front door is absolutely beautiful and I'm delighted with it. Would highly recommend.
