Stay well away!!!

Ordered on website and paid but 2 days later told not in stock. 3rd day and still not got refund. Now I get a message to reset my password. I didn't set up an account and set a password. Company needs better inventory and website management.

Top notch customer service, supreme product knowledge and a genuine desire to help.
I originally contacted them back last October. I was repairing (or hoping to) an Ideal 2402/Cross Cut shredder that I had acquired in France where I live. I was after parts which seem hard to source.
I visit UK fairly frequently so I brought the obviously defective pieces with me and I called SRS and spoke with Matt. He patiently went through what I was doing and advised that we’d probably need to replace the main compound gear. However the main cutting blades were not turning (and he advised they should) and this would need fixing prior to just replacing the gear.
Fast forward March 2025 on my subsequent trip back I brought the entire shredder and completely stripped back the cylinder blades to work out why they were jammed and free them. Significant dismantling occurred and I contacted Matt again with a view to purchasing the part and reassembling my machine. I turned up in Bletchley just after lunch - Matt and Dave set about fitting the new main gear and reassembling the shredder which I was expecting to do myself - as I was really just after the part and hadn’t booked a repair service (not something that would make much economic sense)
I realised I was in the hands of the professionals who went above and beyond to get my Ideal shredding again

A company that goes the extra mile. Tried to find a part for a very long out of production guillotine: ordered the wrong one and then had a phone call from the top of a ladder while Matt rummaged in a box of old parts to see if he could find a replacement. As he couldn't, he offered me a very good price on a refurbished replacement. Excellent experience.

I had an issue with my Ideal shredder. The last thing I wanted to do was to pay a lot of money for a new one. Fortunately Matthew at SRS was able to help, advising me that the shredder is simple to fix and would only be a fraction of the cost. I was provided with detailed instructions on how to fix the shredder and Matthew was available on the phone ready to answer any of my questions. I would Highly recommend SRS to any business who needed shredder repairs services.

I contacted Simon - online - at SRS regarding two shredders in my possession, both of which had stopped working. He investigated both machines, only to discover that, as they were 'old', they were both now no longer supported by their respective manufacturers.

Simon sent me a very comprehensive review of alternative machines, outlining their features and benefits, and giving me alternatives in every case.

He is clearly a man who is a consummate professional, knows his products and business extremely well indeed, and is totally focused on customer satisfaction.

SRS got parts to us quickly so we were able to get our shredder up and running after a breakdown. Helpful advice too.

Small family firm that you can trust. David has been servicing our guillotine since we purchased it. They also sell great refurbished shredders which he now services at the same time.

I would highly recommend SRS Sales & Service Ltd, they guided me to a fantastic Kobra Flexpac machine, which is perfect for me needs. They held onto the machine while I got some funding in place and held the price for me. At the point of purchase, the service was fantastic, they told me exactly how it was packaged (on a pallet with a ramp to roll it off easily) and helped me over the phone to expertly understand the machine and how it operates. Yes, it did come with full instructions, but I always have extra questions! They even sent me a generic risk assessment, so the whole job is complete and I am so happy to have this high spec machine. I will call on them again after the 100 hours run time to get it services (again at very reasonable rates. I couldn't ask for more!

Great website, easy to navigate and parts available for older models. I was so pleased to be able to order a broken part for my trimmer which I brought in the 90’s. I was informed about my order and sent an invoice too. It arrived promptly, packaged very safely. I’m a happy customer and would fully recommend.

The best and easiest Company I have ever ordered from.
I had a problem with the online payment so phoned the number online, phone was answered by a very helpful gentleman who quickly and easily sorted and did the order over the phone.

Customer Service at its finest! Ordered parts for a shedder which we had purchased else where, which were very reasonably priced and arrived promptly. After replacing the broken parts the shedder was working, but not cutting properly. Rang Matthew Greenland, who was totally amazing, told us it was an easy problem to fix,(had to realign the cutters) and talked us through, step by step how to do it. Without his help we would have had no idea and would have had to buy a new shedder. What impressed me most was Mathews honesty, not telling us we’d need to by a new shedder and the way he gave his time freely, staying on the telephone until we’d completed the task. Anyone reading this who requires a new shedder or replacement parts, don’t look anywhere else. This is the company we will use in the future for all our shedder requirements be it a new shedder are parts. 5* service

We were assisted by Matthew Greenland, who was incredibly helpful and prompt with responses. Once a decision had been made about the purchase which best suited the business need, the order only took 6 working days to process and have delivered. We were called with a suggested delivery date prior to delivery (so we knew when to expect delivery) and the item was delivered on the date with no problems. The service was smooth from start to finish and would highly recommend their services.
