Holy cow these guys, they just rejected a service email asking the local shop( MWAY SWITZERLAND )to deal with an issue when is the local shop the first to not understanding the issue itself. They just don't care. Stay away!!!!! Horrible customer service support!!! NX1 AIR , have an issue at the dumping device and there is a knocking noise when you jump down a little step.

Ich konnte meine Fahrradgabel nicht spezifizieren und habe vom Kundenservice beste Unterstützung bekommen. Sie haben mir zudem eine Explosionszeichnung geschickt und eine Empfehlung für eine alternative Feder gegeben.

I have had a suntour seat post purchased in the UK just over a year ago.
A small rubber stopper has cracked and fallen off so I tried to buy a replacement... Only one shop sells parts and they will not post to UK... So I contacted suntour head office in Germany asking for help, they said they Cannt help and recommend I contact there UK distributor which I did and the refused to help and said they don't carry parts for this product.
It is a good product but this company does not care about after sales support.
Do not buy from them....

about two years ago I bought a SF22 NX1 63mm to replace my old fork hoping to get better... Unfortunately the fork is too hard as if it weren't even there, even if I adjusted the preload etc. I've been looking for a soft spring for two years... I contacted Suntour assistance some times and they responded, but I still haven't been able to solve the problem. I tried a bike whith a fork from another brand with 63mm of travel and this one is truly excellent and the response is completely different and perfect for my wrists and elbows. I will have to change the fork again, but this time I will not buy Sr-suntour.

Acheté en 12/2020, la fourche du vélo (SR Suntour) de ce Cannondale SL4 est déja morte après une dizaine de sorties sans terrain compliqué - comme changer la cartouche de gaz est trop cher en main d'oeuvre, il faut changer toute la fourche soit 280 Eur pour un vélo à 1000 Eur et je ne peux l'avoir que dans 5 mois ! plus de vélo pendant 5 mois donc - La garantie ne joue plus après 2 ans et ils ne veulent même pas regarder s'il y avait un défaut - Fuyez SR Suntour et par la meme occasion Cannondale qui a produit ce velo.

Suntour boasts of great customer service when in fact they are the most frustrating company I have had to deal with. I would expect to see a remark from them to this post but beware, they are terrible, rude, and take no accountability. The first pair of Zeron cranks I purchased cannot be removed because the crank extractor insert completely stripped out on the first try. I cannot even remove the crank now. When this happened I was in the process of purchasing another pair for my son’s bike and after calling and receiving no help I requested a return. Now Suntour has denied my return on the basis of damage occurring during shipping. Very peculiar being I returned it in their packaging. I would say they will do what ever necessary to avoid resolving a customer service issue and rely on exhausting the customer to the point of giving up. Don’t be sold on the cheap price point, you will not be satisfied. As the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for!”
