STA School of Traditional Astrology Opiniões

Impeccable course. The study materials, online and interactive classes and well structured curriculum , along with the committed approach of the tutors, are all designed to help you absorb the key elements and contribute to the learning process. Not only did I thoroughly learn the Horary techniques, but after taking astrology courses for 4 years, I finally felt that all the pieces had fallen into place with STA. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants a solid learning process, aims to incorporate their knowledge into practice and gain confidence. Thank you for this fantastic course.

If you want to learn traditional horary astrology, signing up for the STA Horary Practitioners Level Course is one of the best decisions you can make. Let me tell you why.

Three years ago I finally decided I wanted to learn traditional astrology. The subject has fascinated me for over twenty years, but each time I opened a book, I felt intimidated by the sheer amount of material to absorb. This time however, I decided to take the plunge.

In the months and years that followed, I bought more books than I'll be able to read in a lifetime. The result: I was competely overwhelmed and more than once I threw those precious books in a corner. What´s even worse: I developed a fear of sitting down and actually reading a chart. I don´t want to be an "armchair astrologer" but where do I start? When and how do I apply concept X or technique Y? The STA course helped me tackle these problems.

Both the study materials and the online classes are very well structured and of high quality. You'll learn all the key concepts that lay at the basis of horary astrology and traditional astrology in general. What is even more important, you´ll learn to apply those concepts as tools to delineate a chart with detail and objectivity.

Parallel to gradually familiarizing yourself with the theory behind the art, the course is designed to make you learn by practising. The exercises start at a comfortable level and with each session you´ll find yourself climbing higher up the carefully designed scaffolding. This is done through a well thought out structure of 1) example charts with delineations by the tutors: learning by example and 2) delineating charts yourself, adding newly learned concepts and techniques as you go: learning by trial and error. Constructive feedback by the tutors helps you retrace your steps and correct mistakes you might have made.

The flame of my initial enthusiasm has been rekindled and I´ve gained enough confidence to put everything I learned into practice. The course has ended, but my journey has only just begun. I´m looking forward to revisiting the course materials and doing chart work for people who are in need of advice. I´ll probably stumble in the beginning, but with all that I´ve learned at the STA, I`m confident I´ll stand up again and reach the goal I've set for myself.

Do you want to learn traditional astrology? I've pointed you the way. May you fare well with the stars as your guide!

I had originally taken the STA Practitioners Level Horary Astrology Course a little over a year ago, and when I saw that it was offered in person I decided to take it again and I am very happy that I did. Having already taken the course the first time provided me with first-rate knowledge and material on this wonderful technique, and having the opportunity to do it in person made me consolidate my knowledge in a very solid way, interact with my tutor and classmates and live the experience on another level. For me it has been a great experience to be able to combine a trip to NY with studying Horary. An excellent experience that I certainly recommend.

As a recent graduate of the Horary Practitioner Level Certificate program, it is with great enthusiasm that I report on the STA's delivery of a top notch education.

The level of intellectual and academic rigor is superlative. The history, culture, and sources are meticulously presented in a very entertaining and aesthetically refined package.

The training in the practical application of the techniques possesses an extraordinary richness, and engaged me on multiple levels; the psychological process of becoming a Horary practitioner is not only recognized, but interwoven throughout the 20 week curriculum.

I laughed, I cried, I was turned inside out and made right again. The invitation to engage so deeply with the material and commit one's whole self (if so inclined) to the study of Horary was an unexpected, amazing surprise.

The responsiveness of the tutors was exceptional, and the diversity of view points from multiple professional Horary astrologers, invaluable. The personal attention, as well as the openness and free disclosure of the vast experience accumulated through years of practice was impressive, to say the least.

No matter what your astrological focus is, getting a solid foundation in the principles of Horary—such as this course provides—will make you a better astrologer. And if you do plan on integrating Horary Astrology into your toolkit, this course is a premier launchpad to formal practice.

Thank you, STA! I look forward to continued participation and learning within your community.

As an aspiring astrologer, STA's Horary practitioner program was more than what I expected to get when learning Horary Astrology. Not only do you learn the guidelines for casting a chart, you learn the why and history behind it. I personally found where many things used in Modern Astrology originate and where the divergence from Traditional Astrology takes place. I thoroughly enjoyed this program and highly recommend it. Do take the time to fully immerse yourself and ask questions whenever they arise as this program is non-stop from start to finish. I almost feel that the 20wk time frame wasn't enough because that's how much info you will receive during this time.

Is the program worth the price? Yes! If you feel like you don't have it in your pockets at the moment, it's definitely worth saving up for.

Can I readily use what I learn? Absolutely!

Even if you only use the information learned on yourself this is a wonderful environment to learn, grow, and connect with other astrology students and the tutors.

Thank you Deb and the rest of the STA team for giving use a gem of an astrology program and I can't wait to dive into your other courses!

The thing I valued most about this course is the clear, grounded technique taught by committed Astrologers with excellence. At STA, I found the practical tools I was searching for to provide clear, solid consultations to those in times of need. This course is a gift.

The tutors at the STA School of Traditional Astrology on the Practice of Horary were fantastic. They shared the learning material, their experiences, guidance and advice on the techniques in online classes over 20 weeks. The length of the course allowed time to integrate the important components required to begin my horary practice. Special thanks to Deb Houlding and Wade Caves for their teaching styles and wisdom that I particularly got so much from.

The STA Horary Practitioners Course is indelibly valuable for deepening astrological knowledge and beginning horary practice. A total picture is given of the "moving parts" of horary astrology- an array of compelling information is strategically dispensed throughout this class. This course prepares you for analyzing more specific queries and broadening your ability to make impactful astrological discoveries!

For non-native English-speaking students, the reading volume might be quite large, but after completing the 20 lessons, both reading comprehension and writing expression skills could be improved. Of course, the most important thing is that you have learned knowledge that truly makes you feel connected to the starry sky! I am very grateful for the teachers' help!
