After 4 weeks from resigning I am still chasing my holiday pay….. disgusting treatment and this was after. A temp to perm contract that was not delivered… no help not even a question to the company involved…. Worst agency ever , but I will get my owed money should I have to see them in a tribunal… pity I can’t do zero stars…

Worst lazy company ever, my first job was at 7:15, turned out it was around 6 am at Technicolor, I tried calling them back, nothing, I'm glad I'm through with them, they're hourly pay is kiddie chump change

If you decide to take this further, I would strongly recommend not going to any hearing or legal proceedings without a solicitor or legal representative. From my experience, agencies often know how to defend these cases and can find ways to avoid responsibility if you are not properly represented.

The fact is that there have been repeated complaints about the way holiday entitlement is calculated and about workers being given inaccurate information regarding their accrued holiday pay. If you have evidence of what you were told and records of your holiday entitlement, make sure you keep everything.

if your white they will not hire you and will come up with bs reasons why not then promise you work then ghost you they never use to be like this if your white you got less then 2% of getting hired

This recruitment group is a scam
I worked with them for nearly one calendar year. Before the calendar year ended on 28th of May, I was given a contract with the company which started on the 24th May. So, I went to the Agency office on the 14th to book my remaining holidays ( about 6 days) before the 28th May. Sandra, the Agency manager told me to not worry about booking the holidays and that, it would be paid in addition to my first pay with the company. They never paid, I went back to them and they said my calendar year ended on the 28th, so I had 0 holidays with them. No wonder they have 1.4 rating on trustpilot. They are scammers. If anyone can suggest any lawyer or firm to help me get my money, I would be grateful.

I ran into some considerable difficulties when I tried my best to change my email and my phone nr. So I gave 1 star.
Now, after a couple of months, having applied to a job through them and being redirected to another website "universe" I have hope that I can change my email soon.

If you are struggling to pick your Nationality, you have to switch from a phone experience to a PC experience on the screen up to your right. Otherwise you cannot complete your Profile details & subsequently cannot apply for a job.

Re-re - editted: misunderstanding with an email they sent me which was not supposed to be sent and confused the hell out of me and ruined my whole day.
For that, dropped from 4 to 3 stars.

Waste of time applying for these lot. What criteria are they looking for. I've been doing customer service and security for years. CV speaks for itself and I dont even get a interview for jobs ive applied for that im already doing. Make it make sense please. And seeing everyone else negative review im glad you guys have rejected me. Complete waste of time amd wasting time of people like myself who's trying to get work but being held down for what reason. Only you guys can answer that which you won't without your general generic email replies

Avoid!! Unprofessional, hostile and incompetent HR being told one thing by management and another by HR (Rachel-staffline) dhl in Stoke don’t waste your time on these waste of space, Rachel has a bad attitude and is power crazy and treats staff like complete shit! Absolutely disgusting way to treat employees! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! they’ll fire you for no reason and then lie and say resigned! Disgusting company and should be held accountable for the way people are mistreated by them!

Terrible experience, no communication skills present within the company. staff seem to be just tipping along doing the bare minimum and getting a paycheck for it while exploiting companies for fees. Avoid avoid avoid!

I apply for work they keep on turning me down without any explanation whatsoever

I was rejected by Staffline for a warehouse role in Avonmouth purely because I use a bicycle to commute.

I explained clearly that I had been cycling to work for over an hour each way for three years without any issues to Avonmouth, but this was completely ignored.

It seems they assume that having a car automatically makes someone more reliable, which is not necessarily true. Mechanical issues, traffic and delays can affect any form of transport.

This kind of decision feels unfair and based on assumptions rather than actual experience or reliability.

Very disappointing.

After attending my registration in the morning, I was told I would receive a call within a couple of hours. That never happened. Instead, I received a call late in the evening. Despite this poor communication, I still accepted an assessment for the BMW site the next morning and made sure I attended.

Later that same day, I received another call telling me I had passed my assessment and that my training would be on Thursday morning. I was clearly told this by the person handling my application, and his mistake has now cost me a job.

The next morning I simply messaged to confirm the timing for Thursday as I was told 2 different start timings once again on call, only to be told that the training was apparently that same day and that I had already been removed from the candidate list for non-attendance.

This is disgusting. I was clearly told Thursday, yet I was treated as if I deliberately didn’t show up. If I had been told it was that Wednesday, I would have attended without question — especially considering I had already made the effort to attend registration and assessments at short notice and successfully passed them.

What makes this worse is that I have been completely ignored by the one person i emailed regarding the training timing, who has just completely left me on read since & removed me from the list. Being treated like this after completing most of their process is unacceptable.

This experience shows terrible communication, poor organisation, and zero respect for candidates’ time. I would strongly avoid Staffline, they claim to be the biggest uk recruiters but yet tons of negative reviews it’s like they just sign you up and then completely ghost you. Disgusting.

Avoid these crooks, they avoiding to pay SSP, they don't pay out holidays, saying if you haven't taken the holidays til end of the year, you loose them 🤦, but you couldn't take them before end of the year, as you had to work 🤦 They are crooks and scumbags. I'm going to court with them, they will pay more then 🙂

Awful company wasted my time on neumorus occasions never materialised into a single hours work put hours and hours into corresponding with them over there mix up absolutely racist descriminatory behaviour appalling unacceptable by any standards

Constantly getting the phone put down on me can not even apply for a job so what is the point of this agency

I’ve never had a good interaction with staffline in Peterborough office, the staff are not very helpful ignorant and blunt not very helpful, how ever I have spoke to Rukhma from the Peterborough branch and she restored faith for me for staff line recruitment, she is very respectful and very understanding one of the best representative within staffline who takes time to help and understand the issue. I hope the owners of staffline take this in to consideration you need more employees like Rukhma who actually is willing to help the 5 stars is only for Rukhma’s service not for the company. I hope the higher management look at this review and give her a promotions or the recognition she deserves. I would recommend people to staffline this would be only because of Rukhma’s respectful attitude..

The company advertise jobs that are not available or have never been available, they will still register you and take all your details but won't actually help with finding you a Job the communication from the office in Lutterworth is very poor and there chatbot flinn is absolutely pointless
