From start to finish, Groupia (Stag Web) were excellent at helping me organise the Stag day and night I was planning for 22 people. Once I told them what I needed, they took care of everything else at a very low price.
In particular, Katy Goodship (who was our appointed 'rep') was on hand at all times should I need to change anything or have any questions. I can not recommend this company enough.

Visited Bristol as part of a stag do and was left a little disappointed
We were stood outside for about 10 minutes trying to get someone to open the door and let us in
Eventually we were let in and were given the drink included in our package
The buffet provided was of good quality and there was plenty of it
Unfortunately it was not "served" by the waitresses as stated in the advertising it was already waiting on a shelf when we entered
The girls were attractive and pleasant and did a short game with the stag
For what we paid I would have expected a little more dancing or entertaining on stage from them
Unfortunately they spent most of the time asking members of the group to pay up for private dances
The drinks are extortionatly priced, £6 for a bottle of Budweiser, I bought one but was not prepared to be ripped off further

Katy helped organise our weekend and did an excellent job. She was clear and prompt in her communications and really helpful in giving advice on what to do in our area! Thanks Katy!

Booked with these guys for my brothers Stag Do. Simon and Samantha were very helpful in arranging the activities I wanted to do on the second day of our trip, including transport too! They were very flexible with deposit payments and the response time to any questions I had was speedy and informative. Unfortunately one of our activities was cancelled due to adverse weather, but we recieved the refund for that within 5 - 10 days of our return back, without me even having to ask! Top work!

Everyone on the Stag Do complemented me on what a great job I had done planning and organising it, but much of the credit goes to you guys at Stag Web. Thanks very much, I can't recommend their services enough and I would definitely use their site again in the future.

Great weekend in Bristol with 15 guys all organised with StagWeb. The activities were great fun and new to all of us. Great memories and videos made from the bubble football especially!! All the bars and clubs we went to via recommendation were just what we wanted. Free drinks and reserved areas all made us feel VIPs!
Everything went smoothly so I'd definitely suggest booking with these guys for an easy stag do. Cheers! 😁

Made organising the Stag Do for a lot of guys very simple. I selected the kind of acommadation we needed and the activities we wanted.

This was then followed up with a phone call where I described the sort of weekend I was looking for and what the rough budget was. We managed to agree an itinerary very quickly.

After that I invited the stags and the booking system made it very is to track everyone payments and make sure it was all going to plan.

Our Event Manager helped with any queries and requests that I had on the build up to the event which was very helpful.

Great experience did exactly what they said in the tin!!👍

Booked via stagg weekend they were so easy to talk to booked everything online went beyond their duty Catherine was brilliant very good keeping me informed with all the booking 100% use the company again

This is long overdue but Stagweb were a massive help especially when you consider that I contacted them in April to organise a stag do in Edinburgh over the August bank holiday (which encompasses the fringe festival!).

Stagweb organised 2 events, travel to and from, evening meals, club entry and accommodation (a really nice youth hostel with breakfast, a bar and importantly no sharing with other groups.. for their benefit and ours!!)

I dealt with Jamie initially to run through options and different packages. Then with Hannah as our event manager.

Both were pleasant, helpful and responsive. They took a lot of hassle out of the booking process whilst providing one of the better priced options. They were also the most flexible, the ability to guarantee a price based on a minimum number of attendees rather than booking a maximum number then paying for no shows was a huge weight off my mind as well.

From the very first contact this company was amazing. Good open communication and they provided exactly what I wanted. The waitresses were so respectful and professional and absolutely made the gentleman’s evening go with a bang. They served food and poured drinks and kept the men entertained. Highly recommended if you want a quality, fun and professional service. EXCELLENT.

Takes all the pain away from organising a stag weekend. Simple payment methods which allows all attending to manage themselves. We found booking stag friendly accommodation was a minefield and StagWeb took all the hassle out of that. Would recommend.
