Matt's Peaky blinder Stag.
Peaky pistols was great l, highly recommended. But stagweb was spot on easy to arrange and fuss free, just left it in there hands and they done the rest. The Young lady poppy was more then helpful. Over all great experience.

Stag party, weekend away at Max Events
Stephanie the event coordinator was amazing and always on hand to assist. All questions were answered promptly. We managed to change the itinerary to suit our needs and this was achieved through Stephanie our coordinator. A great company that is flexible and reactive to the customers needs. Plenty of activities on site to enjoy as a group or alternatively enjoy the great Safari tents and hot tubs.

Bad booking experience
Didn't manage to book with them even though I tried really hard to for over a month. Requested a quote, had to chase multiple times until it eventually came through. Then when I wanted to speak to someone about the quote they just would not get back to me no matter what I did. Tried texting, using the online chat, emailing and calling. Everyone I spoke to was polite enough but everything they said they would do, never happened. Was told multiple times they would call me back within 24 hours and they never did. In the end I contacted another company and within 24 hours the stag do was booked.

Really good service
Only just booked and paid the deposit for the day but service has been on point so far. I got a good deal and had a response to any of my queries in less that 15 minutes. Really easy to sort it this way, I've been dreading sorting it all out, but it's been super streamline so far. Been dealing with Luke McFarlane up to this point. Good effort!!

Terrible/non-existent customer service
I filled out an online quote request form and after some time received a quote which included only one of my four requests on the quote. The person who quoted me then did not answer my emails, sent me 4 emails chasing me for a response (including one with a patronising GIF implying he was impatient for my reply), two of which I replied to and received no return reply. Very disappointing.

Cologne stag do
I have been dealing with Simon, and he has answered all of my question, and has been honest with all of my requests especially regarding football tickets for Cologne. So far my experience has been stress free and I will add more once we return from our stag do.
