Very disappointing experience.
The products arrived damaged and were not in a condition that I would expect from a professional supplier. After receiving the order, I attempted to contact Stainless Flat Pack multiple times by both phone and email to resolve the issue, but received no response.
Customer service has been non-existent, making it extremely difficult to address what should have been a straightforward problem. When products arrive damaged, customers should at least be able to communicate with the supplier and receive assistance.
Based on my experience, I would not use Stainless Flat Pack again and cannot recommend them to others.
