The company was easy to deal with over the phone. They gave me the price which I was happy with.
They tested the lift to ensure it was working and as I had described.
They arrived at the agreed date and time and once tested the stairlift, payment was made direct to my account. The engineers were professional and efficient. In and out of the house in 25 mins. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from first contact to extraction. The two men turned up on time, and removed the stairlift, which was a complicated 4 turn one. The money was paid straight away. Great communication from start to finish which made for a very seamless transaction. It made my life easier as I was managing it from Yorkshire, whilst the stairlift was at my aunts in Suffolk. Thanks so much. I would definitely recommend.

Answered the phone quickly, no waiting for 30 minutes for someone to speak to. Friendly staff, a quick response to my enquiry and a call back within 24 hours to arrange collection. They arranged to collect my late fathers stair lift just a few days later. The Engineer was prompt, friendly and efficient. The price given was very fair. We could not have asked for better service. Great company to deal with - swift to respond and clear in their communications before and during the process, with a fair price offered and received. I'm pleased the stairlift will either be reconditioned, or it's parts used, rather than it just going to landfill, as indicated by other Companies I had contacted. Disappointing that the engineer turned…
Disappointing that the engineer turned up at wrong house.
Disappointed with price wouldn’t give me £400 as he said there was a fault. It was only the fact that it needed charging up that’s not a fault. The stairlift was only used for two months.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the day didn’t go as smoothly as it should have.
Regarding the address: our engineer arrived promptly at the arranged time, but the address on the booking was different from where the stairlift actually was, around an hour away. This is what caused the initial mix-up. We completely understand how frustrating that was, and we’ll always try to confirm the exact collection address at the booking stage to prevent it from happening again.
Regarding the price: the figure quoted in the enquiry is a guide based on the details and photos provided beforehand. The final offer is always confirmed by the engineer on the day, once he’s able to inspect and test the lift in person. In this case, the lift couldn’t be powered up and tested when he arrived, so he wasn’t able to verify it was in full working order, and that’s reflected in the offer he was able to make. We understand it’s disappointing when a lift has only been in use for a short time, but our offers depend on the working condition we can confirm at the point of collection.
We’re glad you were happy to go ahead on the day. If you’d like to talk anything through, please call the office. We’d genuinely like to leave you feeling better about it. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know.
