my account got hacked and support REFUSED to help me. Their telegram channel was hacked earlier today and had posted messages with bonuses. they were fishing links, and unfortunately these messages were not an Ad it was from the official stake Us account. i clicked them and lost thousands of dollars in my account after seeing a notification from telegram pop up on my phone. the money is very sad to lose, but what’s even worse was the support. i could not get my account secure, and i messaged the stake team asking for help. the first woman blamed me and refused to help, so i disconnected and went to another agent. the second agent also refused to help, and kept sending me back to the operator not telling me how i could secure my account. now, my banking information is at risk because ive been hacked and even though i have changed my password, there is a security issue in my account. the stake US team is refusing to help me secure it, putting ALL my financial and tax information at risk to hackers. i have screenshots of the whole thing, and i am beyond upset and disappointed in stake.
