Thanks for your feedback. We want to set the record straight for anyone reading this review.

While our public affiliate program was active, up until winter 2025, we paid out tens of thousands of dollars in commissions to our legitimate affiliate partners.

We ended the public program because we saw a large amount of abuse. That included accounts like yours creating fake signups and spamming our platform. To protect our customers and the partners who promote Stammer honestly, we moved to an opt-in affiliate system where we personally vet every affiliate.

Commissions tied to fraudulent or fake accounts aren't eligible for payout. If you think we've made a mistake with your account, email our support team with your details and we'll take a look.

Find a more stable tool if you are looking to deploy chatbots at scale

I find myself hopeful that the software will do what it says it does, only to find myself constantly with little minor issues and trying to set up accounts.

Now I have a situation where a client has paid, they get a 500 error, and a -1 chatbots available in their sub account, even though they were already using the software and had built a chatbot with a trial account. There's no way for me to override it.

It's Sunday. There are no support calls today (Sunday), and customer service is notoriously slow to get back, so even if I submit something today, I doubt we'll hear anything until two days later.

At the speed we operate now, more instant customer service and an actual system that works would both be really beneficial.

Updated Experience

I've been using stammer for a long time. In the beginning, they were okay considering the market. Sadly there are plenty of issues such as:
- Their customer service is terrible when they don't have answers. For simple inquiries, they answer properly. But when they don't know something, or don't understand the issue, they sometimes don't even bother to respond anymore.
- Some weird things happened, such as a database I trained one bot disappeared. A client started receiving my invoices.
- I get a TON of spam signups, which open sub accounts and they don't have a solution to that.
- Clients of mine were charged multiple times for recharging their wallets.
- The data showed wrong information regarding wallet balance (one of the things they just ignored me when I brought up).

Jan 2026 Update:
They tried and managed to fix most of the issues, plus they really tried (and succeeded) getting me on a call to see how they can help.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend as a white-labeled platform, unreliable.

Most of our customers love our support, especially the daily live support calls Monday- Friday from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm PST where we walk through issues in real time.

Stammer.ai - Ease of use and great pricing

I have a background in Customer Service (from front-line to management) and I really enjoy testing online products. In regards to Stammer.ai, I have tested over 10 similar SaaS software packages and I could not find another SaaS product like it. The pricing is great and the ease to set up a bot. Less than 5 minutes to get it going.

Stammer is amazing

Stammer is amazing along with the founder. Being able to whitelabel a custom dashboard alone, has increased my agencies revenue significantly. It also adds more value to my offer for my clients on demo calls!

Amazing!

First of all, the product/service is top notch, improved every week and that's just the beginning, there's so much more to come!
Second, the team behind all this, is just amazing! Customer support is on the highest level, any issues I had were resolved and every feedback was considered or even implemented!
So overall, there is nothing bad to say! Looking forward for the future with this!
