Regarding the stamping results you experienced, we want to share that in the initial design stage of these oversized rubber stamps, our team invested a tremendous amount of effort in adjustments and modifications. It's important to note that extra-large rubber stamps, regardless of the supplier, naturally come with operational challenges due to their size and the physics of manual pressing. We have worked hard to optimize our stamps to be among the easiest to operate on the current market. We have also double-checked our Quality Control records and test videos for your specific order, and we can confirm that the stamp itself passed all internal performance tests perfectly before shipping.

Continuous Support: We provided additional ink as part of our after-sales service to help improve the stamping results. We are committed to helping you master the tool.

Technical Guidance: Based on the videos you shared, it appears the ink was used immediately after refilling. Because our ink is water-based, it requires approximately 30 minutes to settle and be fully absorbed by the pad to ensure an even and clear impression.

Resolution: We understand that providing proof via video can feel like a hassle, but it helps our technical team diagnose the exact issue—in this case, the drying time.

Regarding Shipping Delays for Order #44395: Your order #44395 was received on May 24, 2025, and handed over to the airline on May 29, 2025.

Regarding Shipping to Bermuda: Bermuda, like some other remote locations, presents unique logistical challenges. There are very limited postal options available, and typically, only commercial express couriers can ensure timely delivery. Furthermore, June and July mark the beginning of Bermuda's hurricane season, where extreme weather conditions can significantly impact shipping routes and cause further delays. Previously, to cater to customers in your region, we offered standard shipping options, sometimes even subsidizing costs, despite knowing the potential for extended transit times due to these factors.

The initial delivery attempt on November 13th was unsuccessful due to an incorrect unit number in the shipping address.
Upon investigation, we learned that our delivery provider's policy requires them to dispose of unclaimed packages after a 10-day holding period. I apologize that we weren't able to provide accurate information about this policy when you first contacted us on November 19th, as terminal logistics policies require direct communication between customers and the delivery provider.
We acknowledge that we should have provided better guidance about the need for customers to contact the delivery provider directly for redelivery arrangements.
To resolve this situation, we can resend your order with the corrected address. Please note that additional shipping costs will apply for this service.
