Fantastic service. sent in a sample for them to work out which product to choose and they came back with a suggestion few days later. product arrived 2 days after I placed the order as I ordered after 4pm. Great communication almost instant email reply's. Very Happy Customer.

I have been ordering from Stamps Direct for years, and always find them a pleasure to deal with. Even when there was a small error, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are a great team, and I cannot praise them enough.

Great communication
Great communication, quick delivery, good price and a really clear, crisp stamp for my shop bags. The end product is higher quality that the much more expensive printed bags they're replacing, I'm absolutely delighted.

Can't believe the speed and quality of the service! I ordered a customised stamp based on my business logo one morning and less than 24 hours later it arrived and was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this business.

Outstanding 5 star services
Ordered a stamp from here, I realised I was in the area that day so they allowed me to collect my stamp same day and automatically refunded the postage fees. Following that I needed to make an alteration due to a mistake from my side so they send me a replacement for FREE not even postage charges. How much better can customer service get. Well
Done to everyone there definitely recommend you and will be using you again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently ordered a stamp for our shop which we were very pleased with. Just realised we had made a mistake in the spelling and without question or excuse. the company agreed to replace OUR mistake Free of Charge - now that's what I call a FIVE STAR company.

I ordered stamp for my business (Fresh Impact Design) on the website, very easy to for instructions. The company send me a proof to review, adjustments was made very quickly and I got my stamp the day after I gave my thumbs up for the stamp to be made. Really happy with stamp it's sturdy and elegant and the ink pad that come with it is wonderful. The blue ink colour is just what I'm after too. The service is really quick and well done.

I bought a self inking rubber stamp…
I bought a self inking rubber stamp through the Stamps Direct website on 18th May 2021. The product was finished to an excellent standard, delivered very quickly and offered excellent value for money.
I would definitely trade with this company again in the future and would recommend them to family, friends and colleagues.

The order came SUPER quick and exactly as ordered.
Not only that but I really appreciate that they included the Polish accents in my name that I needed for my stamp and engraved - I'm used to UK companies omitting those!!
