Great communication & response times
Great communication. Fast response times. We had a problem with DHL shipping (we paid for before 12:00 delivery, and it got delivered at 19:00)... so Stamps Direct refunded us the shipping costs straight away!! Really good service 10/10

Vibrant inks for stamping.
I ordered a selection of inks and multicoloured pads, all of which are vibrant and of a good quality. The website is easy to use and there is a wide variety of products in a range of prices. The products arrived very quickly and were exactly as described. I will definitely use Stamps Direct in the future.

Was not made according to my order but eventually I received amended stamp
My initial review: Was not made according to my order. There were 2 additional spaces.
Reply from Stamps Direct: "Sorry that the stamp wasn't produced to your requirements. The additional space is often used to separate the town from the postcode."
My reply to above: Yes, additional space is used to separate the town from the postcode and I have given one in my order but Stamp Direct added an extra spaced (now double space) in addition to my one. Also, I did not put any spaces between the numbers in my mobile number but Stamp Direct put an space after three digit. Stamp Direct should simply follow the order.
Customer service did not contact me. I contacted them and they have given a reply. Please see the reply below:
"We will send you a new die (the rubber part that makes the impression) out in the post. You will need to take the existing pad out of the stamp and then stamp onto a scrap piece of paper until all the excess ink has gone. Then push the stamp down fully and lock it into place with the two red buttons and turn upside down. You can then peel the old die off and you will have full instructions of how to put the new die on."
This means Stamp Direct will not send the stamp in full. I have to fix something by myself without doing any fault on my part. Very unfortunate and unacceptable service.

My reply to above: Yes, please send the replacement stamp. Thank you for offering a free post but I am a busy professional and it is inconvenient for me to send it back to you. I have already spent a significant amount of time (by writing emails and reviews, and replying to the same) due to the mistake by Stamp Direct. You can arrange a collection of the incorrect stamp if you so require.
FINAL UPDATE: I have eventually received a new die and also a new stamp following review and email.
