Great company, delivered within 2 days. Stamp in pad lasts years. I would order again, but I doubt I will need to due to the long lasting quality

I ordered Stamptastic’s white fabric pen as a way to label my son‘s shoes for nursery and it is great - it hasn’t worn off or even faded remotely after daily wear.

I mistakenly ordered personalised stamps thinking I was purchasing labels. To make matters worse, the stamps were personalised and therefore non-returnable. However, James provided outstanding customer service, offering me a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their products are of excellent quality and their customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you James

I ordered two stamps and a ink pad and storage box from this company, was due to arrive on 12.12.24 but unfortunately I was away. Royal Mail said it was delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere when I returned, checked all around the house (picture left was outside) and nothing with neighbours either. I emailed the company and a guy called James got in touch straight away, he was fantastic and very kindly offered to make the order again. I couldn't be happier, such great customer service. Thank you

I love these stamps for my three boys’ clothes. Names stay on labels through thousands of washes and tumble dries.
Prompt delivery to Ireland with no additional customs charges to the customer. Customer service team quick to respond also. Highly recommend!

Ordered ink that had dried out waste of money.

Excellent product labelled all the school clothes in like 15 mins

Would not recommended this product. It’s great for the first year you use it for your children’s clothing the but ink dries out very quickly..I’m not inclined to buy new ink every year as there are much more cost effective methods one can use . For example , permanent fabric pens or sticky labels.

Not great.
The stamp doesn't fit the name labels, which leaves part of the name illegible.
I chose the size 16 font which is the default.
It fit in the print preview box fine when ordering, but it is too large for George Asda name labels.
The stamp also leaves a dark border / box around the name every time which just looks messy.
Chose a little picture of a dinosaur but it doesn't stamp well and just looks like a messy blob on labels.
Have now ordered name labels from a separate company to place over the stamped labels as the stamps look really messy and are illegible.

On the plus side - shipping and delivery was fast.
But not happy with the product itself, hence the 2 stars.

As mentioned in my original review I DID check the sizes. Unfortunately they must be inaccurate on the website as they were fine on the website but do not translate well in real life, and therefore there has obviously been a fault during the manufacturing process, or there is an issue on the website.

Secondly, with the stamp creating a border - I HAVE read the instructions, thank you and it is a stamp, I have used a stamp before. The issue is that if I press down any lighter it is not collecting anywhere near enough ink and it is coming out very very light and faded as if it has been through a few washes. I have to press down harder to get any ink at all onto the stamp (and even then it is still slightly faded) and this leaves a border, but any less pressure and it is far too light and faded to read the name. The stamp obviously needs deeper imprint so you can press down a little so it is bolder and not faded without getting an imprint. I can not press down at ALL without getting a border, so have to press down so lightly it is completely faded when stamped.

Unfortunately there must have been a manufacturing error with this stamp as I have used others in the past with no issues.

Knocking a star off for poor customer service.

Fantastic stamps, the names are yet to fade (even after going through 2 children and well over 50 washes) so easy to use and fast delivery. Can't recommend enough.

Ordered stamps and ink pads from here for 3 years now and love them. I have one for both my kids. Can’t fault the company, the ink doesn’t bleed or fade out in the wash. The designs are lovely, without the symbol it fits perfectly on a school label (I have one with symbol but usually miss it off the label)
We hand down all our clothes to family and the stamp is still visible even after so long.

Item never received and customer service horrendous. Just said it was delivered when clearly it wasn’t as I haven’t got it! Don’t waste your time or money. Amazon do some great ones and items actually arrive. Thieves!

It's a lovely idea, but I think clothing labels are getting smaller because my stamp barely fit on Sainsbury's Tu school uniform.

I've just finished stamping an 8 character surname and I've missed the first or last letter on most of the clothes. If I ordered again, I'd use the smallest font! (Mine was default 16)

Unfortunately I got the stamp before buying the uniform so I didn't know what size the clothing labels would be, and I just stuck with default.

Absolutely brilliant company!!!! Fast delivery and beautifully made products that are well packaged. The ink pads last years and the stampers come in various designs. Cannot recommend more highly and wouldn't use any other company. Thankyou Stamptastic!!!!! 5*

Brilliant product. I've now had it for 3 years and still going strong.
Made labelling uniform so much quicker. Done all uniform in 10 minutes instead of over an hour with iron on or stitched in labels. Washed uniform many times and the ink name is still very clear to see.
I also used on plastic lunchbox and water bottle and ruler!
Quick delivery.
Note:Remember to keep your ink pad in the small plastic bag they provide!!

So easy to use, fast, efficient. Why on earth anyone would consider any other way to label their kid’s clothes, i don’t know! Thank you Stamptastic!

Second stamp!
One of the first things I purchased when I had my little boy. I love my daughter that much that I am super prepared for playschool in 2 years time. I also got the little storage box to keep them all together. Wonderful piece of kit!

Lovely stamp great quality and came very quickly. Should save any more lost clothes

I wanted to find a white laundry pen for dark clothing and shoes. This was the first site to pop up. I then saw their clothing stamps, which will take less time than any other method to label all of my child's clothes!
