Keine Lieferung erhalten und auf die Frage wo die Artikel bleiben, kam nur zweimal die Frage per Email wie mir die Felgen gefallen.
Sehr kurios finde ich allerdings, dass die hier abgegebenen positiven Bewertungen alle nur zwei Vornamen haben und nur der Nachname variiert. Und einer der 5 Sterne gegeben hat, ist der Verkäufer, dem das PayPal-Konto gehört auf das die Zahlung geht!
Nach der negativen Bewertung hat sich dann mal jemand gemeldet. Laut dem Versanddienstleister hätten wir das Paket erhalten. Komisch nur, dass bei Paypal Hermes angegeben hat das Paket ausgeliefert zu haben, wenn mein Sohn mit der Sendungsnummer bei Hermes die Sendungsverfolgung aufruft steht da, dass er die Annahme verweigert hätte. Man kann aber nichts verweigern, wenn keiner klingelt!!! Frage, wo hat Hermes geklingelt ? Nicht bei uns. Da auch Stancer mitgeteilt wurde, das Paket sei zugestellt worden und wir definitiv keine Ware zum zurücksenden haben, bekommt mein Sihn auch sein Geld wohl nicht zurück. Hier ist dann wohl tatsächlich das Einschalten eines Rechtsanwaltes nötig. Schade, dass es nich immer solche Betrüger gibt die auch noch als "zuverlässiger Händler" im Netz stehen.

I recently purchased three wheels from Stance Rims, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The shipping was incredibly fast, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. The quality of the tires is top-notch, exactly as advertised. They are identical to the ones my car originally came with, ensuring a perfect match and seamless performance. Stance Rims exceeded my expectations with their excellent service and genuine products. Highly recommended!

We want to assure you that we have been responding to your emails and actively trying to resolve this issue. After an initial failed delivery attempt, we sent your package again. Unfortunately, due to significant failures on the part of the logistics company, the package has still not arrived. We have opened a dispute with the logistics company to address and rectify these problems.
You are absolutely right; this situation is unacceptable. As such, we have processed a full refund for your order. We understand that this does not make up for the inconvenience and frustration caused, but we want to acknowledge your right to be upset and assure you that we take your concerns very seriously.
