Stand-Art Caravans Ltd Opiniões

Initially phoned to discuss future purchase of full awning and part exchange of porch awning. But ended up doing purchase & exchange today. Dimo was so helpful and made the whole process so simple. 1st class service highly recommended. Thanks.

Very knowledgeable, packaged well, with a good after sale service.

Quick service and kept informed throughout

Dimo was very helpful from the start to finish buying the awning of choice for my caravan. I would highly recommend talking to Dimo if you are looking to purchase an excellent awning.

Highly recommend. Needed advice as first time buying an awning and Dimo was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up with an awning perfect for our needs. Also with all the research I did they seem to be the most competitive and you get a free ground sheet.

We sold our Fiamma privacy room to stand-Art caravans and were really pleased with the process. I phoned them, sent a couple of photos through to them and they agreed to come and view it at our house. The gentleman arrived on time, was very polite, inspected the room and we agreed a price. Payment was made by bank transfer before he left.

Quick and easy to purchase and delivered very fast. Website easy to navigate and good communication when placing the order

Sound advide and explanation of different options. Product delivered to my home in a timely way.
Good job all round, thanks

I have purchased several awning related items from Dimo over the past year. He is very responsive and helpful, as well as being able to offer very competitive deals. I have recommended his company to several other campers.

Good availability of products. Quality product received. Really quick dispatch.

I spoke to Dimo this morning and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful regards my enquiry. Highly recommend.

Great price and super fast delivery from Stand-Art Caravans.

Excellent service from start to finish with StandArt Caravans who bought my Isabella Ambassador Dawn awning as we’d changed our 2-berth caravan to a 4-berth. Great comms via WhatsApp with Dimo, I received a good price for my awning which I was very happy with, it was collected very efficiently by ParcelForce and I received the monies in my account within a few days. I cannot fault the service. 5 stars!

No issue with the actual company they gave an instant refund (within minutes)when they realised they didn’t have the item in stock. And excellent customer service, just Let down by their clearing bank who kept the money for as long as possible… before the refund.
I would purchase from them certainly, I would just confirm the item was in stock first

Very. Good it’s all the way to help me out great company to deal with.

Arrived on time very helpful
