The product was really good but the returns are not great. I phoned to get a returns label etc and they don't provide one and it seems like a difficult process to return and in the end not worth returning as it was only one pair of shorts that didn't fit. Bit disappointing as everything else was good.

I ordered a pair of goalie gloves on…
I ordered a pair of goalie gloves on line. These were for my grandson. They never turned up so contacted yourselves, the response being that there was an issue with the ordering and the gloves were actually out of stock.
I was offered a pair of gloves a full size smaller than requested or a refund which I am still waiting for. The customer service dealing with this was below standard and no real apology was forthcoming.

£10 delivery, got my son's grassroots kit in but sizes are bigger than anticipated. Stanno used to undersize but these seem to be very oversized. A weakness round the heal area wears out somewhat sooner than the original product. A great shame as original quality was very high with its reinforced susceptible wear areas.
