I've order from Stan Ray multiple times and always had great experiences. Size chart is accurate, products match the photos, shipping is fast, and quality is always top tier.

Hope you are well. At this point in time we do charge for returns due to using UPS as this is the most convenient carrier for most of Europe. We do include the returns label for convenience. I tried ordering pants from the…
I tried ordering pants from the website, and because they were on the more expensive side, I ordered based on the measurements in the size guide. But, according to the size guide, if I wanted to order a 32x32 size, I would need to order a size 31R. When I finally got the pants after a week in transit, they were size 31x32. When I tried returning them, it was then that I realized that I would have to pay for my own shipping. Which means l’m already about $30 deep into this and I still don’t have the pants I want.

If you can include your order number, a description of the issue and a picture with the pants laid flat and a tape measure next to the waist band. We can then look in to the best solution for the situation for you.

Sizing was way off
Sizing was way off. Far too small.
Maybe mislabelled?
Sent it back. Refund was pretty seamless but they deducted £7 for return post 😩
So would probably avoid Stan Ray as it’s a gamble on sizing and costly

I have had a look in to the return cost and can assure you only £2.95 is deducted for the return shipping in the UK. We do not refund the original out bound shipment.

Poor return period
I purchased a Xmas gift in late November and didn't check return period on website. The present didn't fit and can't return as outside 14 day return period. Apparently if I had bought a few days later would have been in Xmas and more generous return period. I won't buy anything from Stan Ray again. Product is good quality and looks great but....
