Another Fantastic Experience at Stansted Flight Simulator!

I’ve just completed my second visit to Stansted Flight Simulator, and it was every bit as incredible as the first—if not better!

Since this was my second session, Jonathan provided slightly less instruction this time and encouraged me to recall my previous training to complete the 737 flight from Stansted to Manchester Airport. His approach was spot on—gently pushing me to apply what I had already learned while still being there to guide me when needed.

The level of realism is just outstanding. From takeoff to landing, every moment felt like I was at the controls of a real aircraft. The immersive visuals, the fully functional cockpit, and Jonathan’s expert tuition made it an absolutely unforgettable experience.

I can’t recommend Stansted Flight Simulator highly enough. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re returning for more, you’ll be amazed at how much you learn and how thrilling it is. I’ll definitely be back for another flight soon!

Got bought this as a birthday present in December and got to use it today ! Wow what a set up and lots of hard work and hours put in to make for an amazing realistic inflight experience.

For an aviation fan it’s top notch and is delivered so well and professionally !

I had an incredible experience at Stansted Flight Simulator on February 21, 2025! Jonathan and Harrison were very friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The simulator itself was incredibly realistic, and I felt like I was truly piloting a plane. It was a fun, immersive adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone with an interest in aviation. A must-visit for flight enthusiasts and I hope to return someday soon.

Jonathan was fantastic. He understood my requests ie landing plane on auto pilot being talked down by at.

Incredible expierence!

I loved every second of my 2 hour flight expierence, it is just like flying a real aircraft. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be booking again in the future, highly recomend!

A Christmas present for my 15 year old son Jack & what a great purchase !
From the start Jonathan put Jack at ease and throughout passed on his knowledge in a calm and informative manner.
The 2 hours flew by (no pun intended)!
All in all it has given Jack more interest in a career in the Aviation Industry

I booked one hour for my aviation-mad 12 year-old’s birthday present. I wish I’d booked 2 hours - what a fabulous experience!
Jonathan was very patient and explained everything perfectly. I got to sit in the jump seat, with a great view, but the simulator was so good I was dying to have a go myself! It was so realistic and Jonathan offered a really interesting insight into the world of the airline pilot.
We will definitely be booking this again.

Took my 18 year old son today for an hour session he flew from stansted to Manchester and loved it, Johnathan was very friendly and explained everything very professionally. Well worth the visit.

This was amazing brought it for my hubby for Xmas and he loved it.John is such a nice man and very good teacher.Highley recommended this experience can't wait to go again

The "flight" was in real-time weather conditions and was impressively realistic. John is a patient and humorous teacher, and makes the process seem relatively easy to pick up on a first lesson.

Great fun on the first attempt, with little or no previous knowledge.

A genuinely fantastic day . Jonathan was very welcoming and patient with us for our first try on a simulator. It offers a completely realistic replica cockpit for an immersive experience. Brilliant.

Second visit for our 11 year old son. Jonathan was amazing and very encouraging throughout the 2 hours. Alexander landed both landings impeccably. Would definitely recommend for any budding pilot or plane enthusiasts. We kept today’s visit a surprise (he moaned about the 90 min drive). He was so excited when we pulled into the road and realised what he was doing. Great use of an inset day!

What a great couple of hours. Jonathan was our instructor who's hospitality, knowledge sharing was just excellent.

Jonathan was my instructor on the day that I went and I had such a wonderful experience.

I probably personally took it a bit more serious than maybe some others would due to being an aspiring pilot but if your looking for something different to do or if
You are looking at being an airline pilot and want to see if you have what it takes then this is definitely something worth doing. I had a mini lesson and no question was ever silly to ask.

I got more than my monies worth & was my first time too.

What a completly outrageous good experience.
I wasn't to sure what to expect however I was amazed at exactly how realistic this experience was.
Jonathan was a tremendous host and perfect instructor for a newbie like myself.
Easy to find,easy to book,easy to park,not so easy to fly the aircraft lol.
This really is a real time experience inclusive of wind speeds, weather etc.
If your sat on the fence trying to decide to do this or not book it now I guarantee you'll have a tremendous time.

Extremely experienced instructor and fantastic overall service. You forget you're in a simulator, as it is so realistic and the experience was SO much fun!

The cockpit layout feels very authentic and the flight simulation feels very real. Jonathan is a very patient instructor and explains everything so its easy to understand. Its a great insight into what goes on in the cockpit while you are flying to your holiday destination. Overall a very enjoyable and informative experience.
