Third time’s a charm!
Ellery was so patient and when I told her I was almost deaf she made sure I could see her face when talking to me. This is my third purchase from Stanton Optical so I really appreciate the brand. Ellery was the best part of my Chico experience though. I had done some research before my appt to make sure I knew the best options for the shape of my face. When I picked up my glasses one pair still needs tweaking so I was told to try them and come back in two weeks if they don’t feel right. I will see if they can be adjusted next week. Overall a great experience.

Never received
After nearly a month, I have not received my glasses. Apparently, they were lost somewhere in your system. So I went out and resolved the matter on my own and cancelled the order with your company. At this point, I am unlikely to return for any services.

Fantastic and knowledgeable service, great deals to help keep me comfortably in budget while still looking sharp. Very happy with purchase and will be returning in the future! A’Lora was extremely helpful both in decision making fashion wise and helping me find exactly what I needed clinically and what lens type for my sunglasses would best suit my lifestyle. Fantastic work as always.

Horrible customer service from the sales manager and front office staff! Rude, dismissive and they took full advantage of an elderly man. My insurance was never billed and my 2 pair for $179 ended up costing me $399.99! Bait and switch tactics in full effect. Buyer Beware!
