My glasses sat at the store and I wasn't notified when they came in, Nobody told me I had to call the number in computer and find out if they came in. NO email, no call nothing. not even a text message as you had my phone number. The glasses hurt my ears and people that work there are put out if they have to help you. I won't be going back.

Went to buy 2 pair of glasses & was surprised when she said, we have lens & can do today. Come back in 20 mins.
I came back, she said, some problems, come back tomorrow.
I came back & she said, they had to send them out. No call to tell me that before I drove back?
They later called & said my glasses were ready, drove back, only 1 pair was ready.
More time, call to say ready, for the 3rd or 4th time I drove to & fro & was finally done with this mess.
Was also confusion when picking up first pair, asked me to sign a line with none of the other sections filled out, I had to note: only picked up one pair.
I’m not too surprised, customer service isn’t too good these days at 75% of places.

The store manager at Stanton Optical in Pleasant Prairie is phenomenal! Not only did she answer my questions she was genuinely concerned and told me options. She understood that buying a pair of glasses isn’t just like buying a pair of shoes… seeing is not an option and to feel comfortable in a pair of glasses especially when it’s not cheap even with insurance made this visit the reason I do keep choosing Stanton Optical.

Jade was one of the nicest employees I've ever dealt with. Knowledgeable and great to answer any question I had.

the glasses are supose to be bifocals and they do not appear to be.It makes no differance where you look through yhe glass it looks the same so reading is blury
