Great people who care about your…

Great people who care about your vision. The eye Dr was thorough and asked questions about my vision. The people help to find the right pair of glasses not just the most expensive ones. Only took about a week to get my glasses.

Needl new glasses don't go here.

I went in with my wife to get new glasses. We opted for the buy one get one offer, and went through the whole process of picking out frames, we were on a weekend getaway to my mother-in-laws and decided to get glasses. Long story short we got our glasses in the mail and we only received one pair each, I tried calling the store back and never got a response I've also left messages for the supervisor to call me back also no response. We are very disappointed with the service we were given and the customer relationship was also not very well taken care of. I do not recommend this company for any service at all.

I made an appointment

I made an appointment, but I had to make another appointment because there were several walking, while they were dealing with computer issues. I was there before scheduled but the walking got priority over my appointment. I can the staff did try to have a good attitude.

The whole experience was terrible

The whole experience was terrible. I was handed my trifocal glasses in case and that was it... they don't stay on my face at all, and cannot see out of them ... very disappointed that I spent $400 and still wearing my old glasses... I won't be back, ever

Good results, however

Made an exam appointment on liine and was able to get appointment the same day. Exam was fairly thorough and easy, however they didn't give me any results of exam.
I bought the 2 glasses and progressive lenses plus exam special. Frame selection was very limited but sufficient. Glasses came in less then a week and fit and worked perfectly. The showroom seemed like they were short handed, but was able to get in and out in a timely manner. Overall, I would would have given a 5 except for lack of exam results.

usually love coming here but was recently pressured to buy more than i wanted to stating they couldn’t order a lower amount of contacts even tho i have before when told this they the lady said “oh well you can get $200 back with check in the mail if you do the rebate on the contact brand name aslong as i send in a copy of receipt. when i did this it only is Gift cards . fine then turns out i only qualify for $15 like just me honest don’t lie or not be totally clear about stuff like that some customers can’t afford in that exact moment $200+ dollars worth contacts but whatever learned my lesson

this happened with newer employees i’m assuming usually there is an older women with glasses at this location she’s amazing but these were women in their 20s

The assistant manager rushes & gets…

The assistant manager rushes & gets condescending w/ customers when there making decisions on what style of glasses. No need to pressure or get angry @ customers. The store manager Amy w/ short hair also works @ Tyler store said she was saying she’d take care of me by sending me home w/ the frames that are displayed / demoed in store so used / refurbished frames & I thought that was a joke & before I knew it she took longer in room putting in my lens & then I was forgotten & so I had to leave. So not only was I charged $430.00 but they were selling me something used & brand new price. Truly if they did this to me they’ve done it to others!! When I returned glasses I was charged for a hidden fee / restocking fee tha was never mentioned & to top it off the lady tried so hard upselling me saying the glasses were in fact designer when they were extremely poor quality. Glasses should never feel like there breaking, poor quality, flimsy,& disgusting touch by East TX. The gals need some serious training & need to be honest!!

Para empezar no dan opciones de pago me hubiera gustado poder dar la mitad del costo de los lentes y la otra mitad al recogerlos pee piden todo el dinero al principio,tuve que dejar un par de lentes 🥹porque no me alcanzaba el dinero y gasté más de lo pensado .

The women up front was amazing one lady…

The women up front was amazing one lady was training and was obviously agitated that is fine but she didn’t have to be rude to us the appointment was at 1130 didn’t get in till 1240 it was cheap but they didn’t take much for our insurance.

Lousy Service

They told me it would be same day service, it wasn’t. I didn’t even get a call or anything for me to know. I had to call 4 days later to ask and they couldn’t even find my order. Had me on hold for so long. Went in and I still had to wait to get them. Also didn’t know it was a virtual doctor. The free exam with 2 pair of glasses is also not true. Never going back unless my glasses need to be warranted. Lousy customer service. The one who registered us and did our first checks was more worried about talking then taking care of us. My husband just paid for the exam and left. They were not knowledgeable.

Do not like my glasses at all. Disapprove of them. And I didn't get it, when it say 2 pairs of glasses for price of one. I didn't get an extra pair 😕 😪. Price is totally high.
