Warm welcome
Every time I enter this location, the staff greets me and they make sure that they are taking care of their business while making sure everybody in the room is comfortable. They offer water. They let you know where the bathroom facilities are and it’s very welcoming so that being said, I recommend going there for yourself and your kids.

I have to say that at first that the glasses seemed okay. My old prescription I can see better in than the new ones. They were very friendly staff. But seemed very new .

Wrong prescription
Wrong prescription. . Spend time for nothing. (two weeks for glasses) which is wrong. I got refund only $137.50 from $310.00.

The quick and easy set up for the eye examine is great. No longer up and down moving from room to room just sit in one chair and move chair down line from one examine to another. The friendliest and most helpful staff in finding, fixing, and delivery of glasses. Very happy with experience and will definitely return for future glasses.

I went back to ask if my bifocals could…
I went back to ask if my bifocals could be switched to single vision and they did it with no problems just to make me happy and I really appreciated that I received one pair in less than 30 minutes and the other will be ready by next week so very happy with Staton for sure and will keep doing business there

Everything. If I could get you zero stars, I would.
Bad service; long wait time. It was an AI directed “ doctor “ and my Prescription was erroneous.
They advertise prices that they don’t follow. Once they charge you more, you don’t know about till the end.
I will not recommend them and I will never go back to that office
