Great site
Great site. Easy to purchase tickets, live draws with a pleasant host. I won £200 Airbnb vouchers but chose cash alternative. Good communication and cash in bank within two hours after the draw. My win was from tickets purchased with site credit I had won the previous week in one of the free draws. Look forward to playing again.

Great transparent competition site
First time playing and had a beginner’s lucky streak ! Spent minimal amount on tickets and won 3 draws ! Absolutely amazing! Congratulations on scooping the BABYLISS Limited Edition Air Wand All-in-One Hair Dryer this week!
We certainly 'waved' our wand and got this prize out to you super speed, we did ask the delivery driver if he knew any 'short-cuts' so he could 'shave' some time off. To be 'fair' we stole his 'wig' to make him get a 'weave' on, I know it was a 'bald' move!

Star Draws are wonderful and I’d happily recommend them
Where do I start. Russ has been a real gent and sorted out a problem I had over a prize I won. Not Star Draws fault at all. It was the Company that supplied the prize. A cheese hamper. He stepped in and sorted it out for me and kept me informed every day. He was friendly, polite and helpful. I would give him 5 stars for the way he handled the situation. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

However, with your generous patience and some firm emails and calls on our part, we were able to secure even more for you as compensation for the inconvenience. This level of customer service is rare these days and we are so glad to of got it all sorted for you!
We were so 'GRATE-ful' for your patience and understanding. At least it wasn't all in 'VEIN', and we didn't leave you feeling 'BLUE' We 'CAMEMBERT' upsetting any of our customers, especially when it's 'NACHO' fault. Hopefully things will be much 'FETA' now you have a little 'EXTRA'😂
