To provide some context for anyone reading this: we were engaged by your father, Andrew Morris-Richardson, to quote for black spot removal from a large sandstone patio in Wollaton, which we visited on 2nd March 2026. We agreed that we would attend on Friday 7th March to carry out the cleaning work. Our specialist cleaning product — Nu-Clear Fallout Pro, ordered specifically for this job from Pureseal Services UK Ltd (Order No. 64087, Invoice No. 20276, dated 2nd March 2026, £144.00 including VAT) — failed to arrive from our supplier by Thursday 5th March as confirmed. We contacted Andrew at 7:12 pm that evening to explain the situation and offered the next available date of Wednesday 11th March.
We fully understand that a rescheduled appointment is frustrating, particularly when contractors are also involved. However, we must respectfully take issue with the suggestion that we were rude or unprepared. The product had been ordered and paid for on the same day as the site visit. When it was made clear to Andrew that Monday 9th March was not possible due to four pre-existing customer commitments, and the response was that this was "not my problem," we felt it necessary to end the call politely and professionally.
We have been providing professional cleaning services across the East Midlands since 2000, and our reputation for reliability and quality is something we take seriously. We are sorry this booking did not proceed, and we wish you and your father well with the project.

Thank you for the great review, Paul! It was a pleasure providing gutter cleaning at your Radford property, and I'm really glad you were so satisfied with the results. For homeowners in NG7, a quick response is important – when you need your gutters sorted, you don't want to be waiting around for weeks.
As for clearing through to the downpipe on your neighbour's side – gutters don't stop at boundary lines, and there's no point leaving a job half done! Making sure water can flow freely all the way through means your gutters will actually work as they should.
Your gutters are now fully clear and protecting your Radford home from blockages, overflow, and water damage – all flowing smoothly from end to end.
Really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review on Trustpilot, and thank you for choosing us!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Hannah! I'm delighted you found the service efficient and dependable – that's exactly what I aim for with every job. For homeowners looking for gutter cleaning they can rely on, I believe in turning up when I say I will, getting the job done properly, and leaving you with gutters that are fully clear and working as they should.
Your gutters are now ready to protect your home from blockages, overflow, and water damage.
Really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review on Trustpilot!

Thank you so much for this fantastic review, Hicham! It was a pleasure providing gutter cleaning at your Eastwood property, and I'm thrilled you were so pleased with the service. For homeowners in NG16, I believe transparency is key – that's why I provide photos and live video footage before and after every job, so you can see exactly what's been cleared and the condition of your gutters. With a 3-bedroom semi, there's plenty of guttering to cover, and it's important you have complete confidence that every section has been thoroughly cleaned to the highest standard.
Your gutters are now fully clear and ready to protect your Eastwood home from water damage, blockages, and overflow issues for the seasons ahead.
Really appreciate the detailed recommendation, and I look forward to helping you maintain your property in the future!
