Happy customer
I did a review of my insurance with Star online. A very nice lady rang me a few days later asking if I was happy and if I had any questions. She was great to deal with and now I am happy with my insurance on my vehicle.

What a joke!
What a joke, I would think twice before using star insurance, when the unfortunate happens and you have a legitimate claim, they use every excuse not to pay out, happily take your money though!

Great service and very friendly service…
Great service and very friendly service with the call centre when I phoned up to insure my bike. My only issue at this stage is that I think the premium was a bit high compared to another company.

Competitive pricing and easy to deal with
Easy to fill out details for quote online and quick reply with quote. Also, rung to check quote and they answered quickly, were friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. Insurance prices are very competitive too
