My laser broke and now they won't help.

I purchased a Nd:YAG Machine from this company in September 2018, and it worked well until the 11th of July 2019 then STOPPED. The machine no longer works.
I was promised this machine would last years and it has not lasted one year.
The contact I purchased with, Eva, has had me strip the machine, with an engineer, go over various issues, which, was good, at first...
They asked me to send my laser handle back, this cost me £60, and apparently this now works, but is a problem with the machine and want me to pay for a new laser machine?
It is now October and I still do not have a working machine and their interest in resolving my problems has gone.
They keep delaying me, oh just a few more days for an answer, which so far has cost me thousands in rent with no income, due to no laser.
Now they won’t contact me back…. So how do I get this laser back, fixed, anything?
I do NOT recommend this company and I am disgusted with the machine and service I have received over this period of time. They are now not replying to me and they have my laser, which I don’t know how I will get back. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Their Poor Product & Poor Service has put me out of business.
