Had a complicated entertainment center with a million wires behind it. Star Moving ATL took a photo before unplugging anything. At the new place, they used the photo to reconnect everything exactly as it was. Even the game console was plugged in correctly. Felt like a premium service.
Had a suitcase that weighed a ton. Full of books. The mover from Star Moving ATL picked it up and said "What's in here, bricks?". I said "Basically". He laughed and carried it anyway. Didn't drop it. Didn't complain. Just laughed and carried. Good attitude.
