Starplan have supplied and installed a media wall in our lounge recently. To say we’re pleased is an understatement … we’re absolutely 💯 delighted. From the quote to the install everything was seamless. Kim did an excellent job and we can’t recommend this company enough. Well done 👏 all involved in making our dream come to reality.

Cheryl in the Boucher showroom was really helpful when we went to choose. Having an option to send a WhatsApp was perfect - I then needed to change the delivery date as our carpet was delayed and I got a reply and then a phone call and it got sorted so quickly

Great experience from start to finish. The staff at the Cannock branch were knowledgeable and supportive with our design - Jon advised what would be appropriate for our small bedroom. Fitters worked tirelessly on a ridiculously hot day and completed the job quickly.

From start to finish everything was great. Measured Ordered and delivered. The guys were very professional and extremely tidy

My kitchen was from the online offer at a set price. The customer service agent in store was very efficient at getting the kitchen designed and it was easy to add on extras/upgrades to get what I wanted. Some tweaks were also made at the end to get the price down a little bit more to where I was happier.

I was given an estimated month for installation in store but the timeline moved out about 6 weeks due to delays in getting the customer service agent to my home.

The kitchen arrived on time and the fitters arrived on time.

The kitchen fitters were not able to complete the kitchen in the allocated 2 days. I was left a week with an unusable kitchen, until they were able to come back to restart the work. I have a baby, so this was a very stressful delay.

The fitters advised that I would need upstands as there is a gap between my worktop and wall. This was ordered with starplan by the fitters. I also contacted starplan about it, but they did not respond to me, they contacted the fitter directly. I am now 3 months on, still with no upstands.
