I am just about finishing my first bottle of hair, nails and skin...
Finger nails - amazing and I have e went from brittle to healthy nails. I can't believe how quickly they worked.
Hair, not sure yet, but I think this will take longer, but I am confident.
Skin, I've changed a few things recently so not sure if it's a combination of a few changes, but quietly confident about the gummies playing a part in this happier skin.

I take the collagen gummies which has really helped me to regrow my hair at the ripe ol age of 49 I needed extra help as I’ve always had long hair. But it just wouldn’t grow! But with using collagen it’s grown back nice and thick.
