What can I say!!... Mark provided a fantastic service from start to finish! I purchased a tortoise table and had specific requests but nothing was too much trouble for Mark. He confirmed all measurements etc and sent a diagram to ensure it met my requirements.
The workmanship is outstanding and I have no doubt that it will last for years to come.
Mark delivered the enclosure personally and arrived at the exact time he said he would.. impressive for a 3 hour journey!

I’m overwhelmed with the excellent customer service and the quality of the product that Mark made for me. My poor dog had been diagnosed with Megaesophagus and needs to eat sitting or at standing up. Mark makes bespoke, made to measure wooden chairs, I contacted him and he was came straight back to me, made within one day and delivered the next. He rang me annd discussed the chair, sent photos annd an video. Absolutely amazing!! If you need anything making for your animal he’s your man!!!!

Custom made indoor dog crates, these crates are amazing, Mark is without doubt a skilled carpenter his work is faultless. From our order to our delivery everything went smoothly we highly recommend this company.

Due to megaoesophagus diagnosis I urgently needed a Baily chair for my German Shepherd dog. I contacted Mark, giving him the required measurements. He called me to discuss, sent diagrams and photos - built and delivered the chair within the week, bringing it into my house to show me how it works. It is very well made and sturdy, exactly what is needed for my dog and at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Mark for this life-saving piece of doggy furniture!

Mark was so accommodating to our needs, he produced what we wanted (whelping box to our measurements) quickly and exactly as we’d asked! Arrived in pieces with easy to follow instructions that took me no more than 15 minutes to complete. Can’t praise him highly enough; would certainly use again and recommend without hesitation!
