Started Slice and after only 10 days, I needed help and NOT ONE person would return calls, emails, or requests for assistance. The Dual Pricing is a scam, CC only charge 1.5 to 1.75% yet Slice charges 3.837% and you are required to change ALL menus to show the two prices rather than a cash discount which customers complained about. When we tried to cancel, again no response, so we packed up their equipment, and it sits in a corner. They collect ZERO fees from us. STAY AWAY from this company, they only want their cut of your sales, and will leave you in the dark for the remainder of your time.

Been trying to get my account updated for three weeks. I have supplied everything requested and have spoken with multiple people including Camille and Anne but still can't process payments. When I supplied the last requested info, I asked if it was anything else. I was told no and it would be updated within 3-5 days. Still no service and more documents being requested..the service was not good.

Lied about monthly fees and other fees, and charges. Amounts taken from my bank account were always different every month, and dates changed every time they withdrew any amount. Sales rep doesn't respond and customer service is near impossible to reach. Thoroughly disgusted. Would be great if they would fix it but unlikely. I would not recommend Slice.

I have never had such a hard time canceling a service before in my entire life. It has taken over 1 month and so many calls to customer service repeatedly asking them to get someone to call me, so I can cancel my account. I still have not talked to anyone. I was told by email that my account was closed on 3/30/2026 after calling Slice the 2/18/2026 the first time. The customer service started out great in 2025. I don't know what happened. I do not suggest anyone use Slice or Clover.

Team went above and beyond! Stayed 4.5 hours doing my install to help my modify my entire online menu. I really appreciate all of Dylan and Justin's help! Would highly recommend!

The start up process was pretty good and their customer service is great. I think most of the issues I've had has been on the Clover side and not Slice but trying to get fixes have been an issue. Also follow up on issues is pretty bad if I dont keep calling them about it. Overall pretty good but definitely room for improvement.
