State to State Movers is one of the best long-distance moving companies in the USA. They handled my interstate move smoothly, with great packing, transport, and delivery service. We used them to get from our old home in Elk Grove, California to our new home in Indianapolis. I lost my job during the pandemic and was able to find a new one that paid the same but it required us moving. Since I have family in Indy, it just felt right. State to State did a great job helping us understand their terms and respecting the fact we had a budget. Everyone treated us well. It's both stressful and confusing planning for an out of state move, especially with everything with Covid still going on. Every company seems to have their own fine print and many companies weren't operating at all. When it came to this business it was easier to feel comfortable. It ended up being a great move.

Such an incredible and stress free experience with State 2 State. Finally a move that isn't filled with headaches and delays! I Needed all my furniture and about 12 boxes moved to my new place in Atlanta. They were able to get it all done just like they promised. My new apartment is not easy when it comes to getting big furniture into it, but S2S was able to get everything in and up the stairs without issues. All of the movers also had very positive attitudes. Super appreciative of their excellent work. It was also for a reasonable price.

My spouse and I both lost our jobs due to Covid. Our days consisted of taking online interviews through zoom and applying everywhere we could. The job market is very competitive right now. After a month of applying almost every day my significant other landed a very high paying job in Minneapolis. We had the talk about moving and we just decided to go with it. The company was so nice and even helped pay for it. We settled on State 2 State to take care of the move. We chose them based on how pleasant they were over the phone, their competitive rates and their availability. Service ended up being even better than we had hoped!

There are tons of options for movers in the San Fernando Valley but not many reliable ones. State 2 State made it possible for this move to happen and never changed the original price agreement from the beginning. I'm mentioning that because so many movers do, which I can't stand. Overall S2S simplified absolutely every part of my move to the midwest. The whole team was very nice to me. It really makes everything easier when you deal with people that you get along with, people who know how to communicate. Service was completely door to door. I can't remember having a moving experience go so well that I felt I need to write about it. This was definitely a first.

Wow just moved my Car from New york to Dallas Texas,with this shipping company.Driver pick up my car on Friday in the afternoon in bronx and my car arrive in texas on Tuesday evening.

This was my first time using a moving company to move to another state, so I was calling everywhere until State 2 State was recommended to me. They worked out great! Customer service and the movers were super professional and polite making this experience wonderful. They moved heavy furniture like couches, a dresser, and other miscellaneous items down three flights of stairs, then all the way to Fort Lauderdale without any damage.

We surfed a lot of online reviews and in the end of the day settled with these guys. Our long distance move involved shipping a vehicle and everything in our two bedroom apartment. There are little to no companies out there that provide both of these services together which was what first interested us in State to State Moving. After speaking with them over the phone and email while simultaneously researching them we decided to move forward, using them for the job. We're very happy we did too. Both the move and the car shipment were executed well. The movers were very nice guys, no kids or people making extra side money. They were all full time movers. That gave us the feeling that our things were good hands. This business under promises and over delivers. Our move in was schedule for 6 days after the truck left. The vehicle and the the truck ended up arriving in 4 days. It was very nice surprise and good ending to the move. Never ran into any extra fees or fine print.

We packed up half of everything and had State to State take care of the rest. First time using a packing service. Our work schedules were just too hectic at the time to pack correctly. It’s not fun getting off of a 10 hour shift and then you have to pack. We just paid a bit extra so we didn’t have to stress about it. It was so worth it!! Felt a little skeptical at first having people going through my stuff and organizing it in boxes. Ended up loving it. They did a way better job labeling and putting boxes together than I did hahah.

Oh yea, and we also shipped our car with them! Who offers both of those services in one?? No one else we could find. They’re in a league of the their own. Definitely one of the most stress free moves I've done.

I'm a big stickler for punctuality. I can't stand people being late and I hate companies that give large time windows. State to State put me a good move right from the start of our move. They said they would arrive between 9 and 9:30am. It wasn't some huge time window that kept me guessing. I got a phone call at 8:50am saying they were five minutes. The truck ended up arriving early. From there move continued at a great pace with the moves swiftly but gently moving all my furniture and boxes on the truck. Furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and they double checked fragile boxes to see how they were packed. They brought extra tape with them when they walked in and some packing material. They also brought tools to breakdown my West Elm bed frame. The whole move was good. Probably the best move I've ever done. It made the price they charge totally worth it. Moving out of state ain't cheap so you better put your money towards a good place. I'm very happy where I put mine.

State 2 State did everything in their power to make this a good experience for me. I was not comfortable going into this at all. It was my first out of state move and didn't want to put much trust in them because of all my bad experiences with local movers in the past. Still, with my not so great attitude they kept everything very positive. While the truck was on it's way I was contacted a couple times with updates. Witnessing how organized they were with communication I started to feel better about the move. When they arrived everything was unloaded and accounted for in person. They worked off a check list they created. I checked out all the furniture with them one by one for damage. Couldn't find any at all. My guard was up pretty much the whole move but these exceeded my expectations.

The automobile transporter remained in contact with me throughout the process. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My vehicle was returned to me in the same condition as I released it. Overall great experience!

Things started off on a good note when the movers called me a few hours before our scheduled time asking if they could come earlier than planned. We were definitely ok with that! I told them we were still packing a bit but they replied "no worries, we'll help" and they did. This company made a lot extra effort of us and we're very thankful for that. This was our first ever move to another state with a household of stuff. State 2 state spoke to us many times while the move was underway. That really helped relieve stress. At the end of it all everything arrived in good condition.

I used them to move into our new office in LA. Tables, couches, 4 desks, and some bean bags. I was too busy to pack so they took care of that part as well. Love how through they are with packing. I received everything on the other side nicely wrapped, labeled and undamaged. Their movers even helped us set things up. I can't think of anything else that I'd want them to do differently. They really have this long distance thing down to a science. I never got hit with last I feel like that happens every time with movers but nope, not here! These guys rock!
