Having read some positive reviews, I was disappointed to receive a size Large sweater that didn’t fit well. It was long in the sleeves but tight through the chest.
The return process was not the best. There was no return label or instructions in the original package. Instead, the expectation is that the customer email or call to get a return shipping label. AND there’s a restocking fee.
I wouldn’t have ordered the product if I had known about the restocking fee.
Felt like a throwback to the early days of online retail.

I ordered the long cardigan got charged on my credit card but never received a receipt or verification of my order. I have no clue how you conduct your online business but it doesn’t feel legit.

I appreciate the efforts to sell cashmere that doesn't make me worry about harming the creatures that provide it, and takes care of the people that husband the goats.

I never received my $100 refund after returning the sweater I had bought!

We are quite content with our clothes, thank you.

the button up sweater was of average to poor quality, flimsy. after a few wearings it has not held up well. plus limited options for shipping and i received two notices the day it was shipped and the day it was arriving, nothing in between.

I had a problem with a hoodie and reached out to customer service. It took weeks for them to respond to each email. In the end, I was satisfied, but the customer service was awful.

Always meets expectations

Your shipping and customer service are complete chaos. I received only 1/2 of my order. Your records show you shipped the entire order by UPS. I received half of it from USPS. For the other half I received just a notification of delivery from USPS on SUNDAY which does not make any sense!
I had three email exchanges with the customer service a few days ago and since then only silence!
I will wait till next Monday and will cancel 1.2 of the credit card transaction and publish appropriate reviews online.

I never received my package so I reached out to customer service via email twice and they never replied so I was charged for my items and ever received them.

they do not have a customer service phone number which is very frustrating.

Love cashmere sweater, because it’s light but it’s warm in the cold weather! Can be dress up or down!Its true to size!

Just gave my wife the ribbed crewneck as a birthday gift, she loves the color, fit, and feel. Good experience online while ordering and delivered on schedule. The brand does a nice job stating their values and promises, there are so many new online clothing companies it's hard to know when one is sketchy until you've ordered something, but State seems like the read deal.

I bought a few State Cashmere Women's Mock Neck Sweater Dress on Amazon before, it is expensive but worth the price, so I came to this site bought the same thing, except it is the same name but not the same thing. The dress I bought on Amazon is maxi dress, very long, this one is very short, I cannot just wear the dress and go outside, as I will have not much coverage below.I don't need a sweater, as I had a lot but I cannot find matching dress as I gain weight during lock down, so maxi dress is what I pay almost $200 for. But I cannot return it, as it will incur a $8 restocking fee. I just keep it, since it is not that bad but just not what I wanted.

This was a Xmas gift for my daughter. She LOVES it!!!

I have purchased several sweaters and, other than sizing problems, I’m very pleased with the quality. I’ve given a few as gifts and wear all of mine on a regular basis.
I returned the last two I ordered due to size problems. The last order was a sweater I previously purchased and the size was perfect. Unfortunately, the one I had to return was smaller than the past two I’ve had for a year or more. The medium is much smaller now. Otherwise, I’m very happy with State Cashmere.

My sweater is soft and beautiful. I wear it when I get up in the morning to feel cozy while the fire is warming up the room. I will definitely be ordering something else in the future.

Excellent transaction, shipping and communication. The throw is very high quality and just as described. This was a gift and the they loved it. I'll be buying one for our home and others as gifts.

The company itself and their employees are lovely and how they handled my return was beautiful.
I have a lot of cashmere sweaters, therefore very picky about how it feels. Unfortunately, this company has chosen a product that is itchy and not soft as a dove.
