Nice quality cashmere in subdued colors for exceptional price and speedy delivery. Who could ask for more?

The customer service, ordering and shipping processes are top-notch with these guys! I’ve always been able to get the items I’m trying to order (no back orders or lack of inventory), and they always arrive nicely packed and in a very timely manner.

The sweater, tho ordered in XL was way too small.
How can I return it?

Beautiful, soft, lovely style.. I’m 38 bust and broad shouldered, got M. Slightly tighter fit than I hoped but not excessively clingy and I’m one of those between-sizes gals so had to pick. Think I’ll happily keep it and wear with less snug pants or shorts. Love it.

Im happy with the quality but the color shown on the website was very different when it arrived and so I had to return it.

Bought two ribbed cashmere sweaters. I love them and the price point is great.

Great Product, fast and efficient service

The service was excellent.

I was unhappy with the product. The quality of the knitting and yarns was lovely, but the styling was puffy and frumpy. Suggest the Lands End alternative, which is flatter.

I thought the material of my sweater would be softer! It is a black turtle neck. It lays below the waist. The style of it is fine. The color is a nice black. I was just disappointed with the feel of the sweater.

Am very happy with my purchase. Lovely feel. Have not washed yet so don't knowhow that will go. I love the long cardigan, great fit and feel. The v-neck is a bit too form fitting but description warned of that so my bad. Some of the best prices around. Would definitely recommend.

Sad to say, that quality of the product didn’t have the softness that we look for in cashmere. I hope State figures our how to achieve this!

The only thing that was lightly off was the sizing, I would say the sweaters run small.

Ordered a gift for a baby shower. Tried to correct a mistake in delivery address minutes after placing the order via the chat. Got "Our agents are not available right now. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you" Nobody ever got back to me. Tried multiple times afterwards. Nothing at all. Item got delivered to wrong address. Fortunately it belonged to somebody who knew the addressee and forwarded it to the intended recipient. Not having a phone number or a working/staffed chat link will make me think twice before ordering from State Cashmere. One star.

UPDATE: State Cashmere went beyond expectations in correcting the problem after the review above. Earned back my goodwill. Back to 5 stars for service

Love my new sweater. It’s very soft and the fit is super flattering. May have to get it in a few more colors!
