Hi Rayan, Your order was shipped only 7 days ago and you selected the 20 days international shipping method. If you wanted it sooner you should have purchased the express shipping. We also do not control shipping times as we are not the shipping company, if the delivery takes longer or is delayed perhaps this may be a better review to leave for the shipping company. Would be great to get a review on our side of things ie the products, website etc and not the step which we are removed from.

From the weight, colour and texture it’s pretty evident the pieces are authentic plus a life time warranty; boy that’s a great deal. Amazing products at reasonable price. I highly recommend Statement Collection jewellery.

Hi Kevin, once your order dispatches we send out a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. As it is with the shipping company from there, they live update the tracking page as it progresses through their system. If you didn't see this email it may have gone to your spam folder or the promotions tab (if you use gmail) hopefully this can help you regarding the package status!

Beautiful, quality pieces that arrived in decent time. I’m obsessed with them. Sizing is spot on (definitely recommend you get sized before purchasing, saves the guess work) and I even got a ring sizer in my order. Thanks guys, I love them, I’ll def be back for more!

Definitely a loyal customer. Love all the products. Just wanted to point out that a couple of my newest items were scratched and scuffed upon arrival. I realize it could have happened during transit but it's still worth mentioning.
