Lying Time Wasters. Totally Untrustworthy.
I made an order for a collectible MTN Estevan Oriol spray can on the 31st of August 2021. The payment remained pending in Paypal, so I emailed them on the 5th of September asking why the payment hadn't been completed. They replied on the 6th of September saying, "Good afternoon Tom. We still don't charge your order because we're looking for the best way for you to receive it without any problems. Being a gas can it cannot be transported by a passenger plane and being outside the european community it has customs restrictions. It may or may not be held in customs. We are trying to have it transported by DHL for more guarantees. We usually use Nacex, UPS or post office in Portugal. Sergio."
I emailed them again on the 15th of September and asked if they had made any progress. I heard nothing back from them, so I emailed again on the 27th of September asking if they were still going to ship the item. They replied on the 28th of September and said, "Good Morning Thomas. We have your item booked and it will be shipped. by item type seems to have some waiting in customs. 2 months, as it is not an essential item. I'm trying to make sure the article doesn't disappear or get spoiled in the process. Sergio."
I then heard nothing and had no notification of shipment or tracking. I emailed them again (about one month later) on the 2nd of November and asked if they had tracking information. I heard nothing back, so I emailed them again (one month later) on the 3rd of December asking again if they could provide tracking with an email entitled, "IMPORTANT - PLEASE PROVIDE TRACKING", as to grab their attention.
No reply was ever given and on the 14th of December, I opened a dispute in Paypal in an attempt to recover my money. Paypal tried contacting the seller without success and the case was ruled in my favour.
