Booked a van to move house on 22nd Jan, paid in full. Arrived to collect on 31st Jan, as per booking to find a hand written sign on door saying closed for family emergency since 26th Jan. There was no emergency contact number, no pre-warning, no post on your social media, nothing. They didn't cancel our booking, no answer on the lines that day and the phone line has now been contantly busy since Monday whilst they remain closed. No refund for the unfulfilled booking, having to claim indemnity through the bank. Living in a rural County, they left us high and dry on a weekend planned to move 2 x families, with little other options. I won't be using again and would recommend the same to anyone needing a reliable service for a move or journey. 8 days since the sign went up and no contact. I understand family emergencies happen but cancel the bookings next time so customers get advance notice and their money back, to avoid creating emergencies for your customers. We would love our money back...

Hired a minibus from Lee for an airport run. Great service and would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of hiring a few different cars to take us to the mighty Manchester United, me and my brother share the driving and with the quality cars on offer it’s nice to know your in a nice reliable vehicles to get u there and back safely.👌🏼🚙🚗

The mini bus was clean and tidy.
The staff were extremely helpful in explaining all the dos and don't, how to change to position of seat, steering wheel and all the different buttons.

I have used station self-drive many times for their vans. Lee and his team are exceptional and make it a very easy experience. The value for money is amazing, better than any hire place I have used in Pembrokeshire. Will always use station when needed. Wouldn’t recommend going to any other company!
