if u are looking for affordable yet don't want to compromise with the quality....just go with the glass cases... they are extremely beautiful

I’m giving 3 stars because my experience was average. The main issue is that you don’t provide proper details or guidance for Samsung covers, which makes it confusing to choose the right product.

Also, the order stayed in “processing” for 4–5 days without any updates, which was quite disappointing. Better communication and clearer product information would really improve the experience.

i ordered three personalised name rug cases for my iPhone 14 pro. the colours were so so off from what was advertised and the print quality was so horrible. the design looked like it was a screenshot of a screenshot of a screenshot. basically crap quality. spent 1000+ altogether. the customer service is beyond horrendous. tried calling, texting, emailing. nothing! beware. theyre basically a scam.

Really product is awesome and looks worthy. Yes few things needs to be improve in terms of support or chat responses because if someone will not get update on time. That will create something red flag but yes overall experience is good.

Overall The Order Is Good Until I Check the difference between the customized picture it gets dim and losses it's clarity overall material is good to use for a year

I ordered for a phone cover with custom print. Instead of printing the text as it is they have realigned it completely wrongly and printed some part of it in the foam which is used to cover the camera.

I emailed them about the issue with pictures but they won’t accept it and are not able to even comprehend what I was on about. They don’t seem to care about the customer experience nor do they have quality control. Horrible experience

Very bad experience as the printing is coming of from different places and didn't expect such rubbish quality when i am paying 300 RS for a single cover.
They must improve the quality asap.
Editing in 15-02-2026 : within a month's use the print is coming off silicone. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered a phone case, but by mistake I entered the wrong phone number. Because of that, the delivery could not happen since the OTP was inaccessible. I updated the details on their delivery partner’s website and provided the correct number, but their system never reflected the change, and the delivery kept failing again and again.

I requested a cancellation and refund, but they said they could not cancel or refund. Instead, they claimed that once the parcel was returned to them, they would dispatch it again with the correct details. It has now been 20 days, and nothing has happened.

Basically, they have the phone case and my money, yet they are not responding properly. Their emails lack professionalism, and interacting with their customer care feels like dealing with someone completely untrained. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. Instead, I suggest going with Upcase for iPhone cases.
