If I could indicate less than one star, I would. The charger does not work as advertised and the company is unscrupulous. Offered no exchange or refund- they know not all their products work. I just filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and Better Business Bureau- this company has had numerous complaints.

Thought I was buying this from a reputable brand. Turns out it’s just another crappy brand that can’t be trusted. Stopped working after a few months. Reached out to the company for warranty and basically they only offer limited coverage with newer (iPhone 12..new?) and thus is not covered by the warranty. They don’t stand by their products and their customer service is abysmal.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
It makes a constant noise the second you plug it and it never worked, it never charged my phone. Save a few dollars, dont buy!

I purchased a charger from Courant. After two nights that the charger did not charge the phone, I asked for a return. They told me that they only accept returns "after testing the device", a multiple week process. After telling them I did not want to go through this process, they said "as a one time favor" they would accept the return.

Upon returning the item, they told me they could only give me 50% back because the item was in working condition and that it was "very dirty". After asking them for photos of the dirty charger, it took them over a week to send me photos of a charger that was clearly not mine. They also had no answer to why they had tested the item despite telling me that my return would not have to go through the process.

This company is a scam. Their products are cheap and don't work, and they seem to make their money from ripping off people that try to return their chargers. They probably hope that most people just throw it in their junk drawer after seeing it doesn't work since it's "only" $40.
