I joined Stay Nimble without much direction but knowing vaguely that I wanted to move from the education sector and into a green job. The coaching and resources were helpful in defining my goal more clearly and eventually landing a sustainability job in the Civil Service.

My coach, Jayne Saul-Paterson is fantastic. She signposted useful materials in areas tailored to my pathway. She also gave me excellent advice on interviewing specifically for the Civil Service, which I consider a huge factor in my success.

Roger was a great listener and really helped me identify and focus on what was best for me at the time. When I first met with Roger, I was stuck between making a tough decision of searching for a new career or staying in the career I was in. Roger was a great help in getting me to weigh up my options and come to the best conclusion.

Jennifer was my coach for my time with Stay Nimble and she has been absolutely amazing and been there for me all the way. I also love the fact that I still have access to the platform even though the coaching aspect of it is finished would definitely recommend them.

For the last few months I have been working to find a job after some career gap with a support of my coach Roger Martin from Staynimble which turned out very successfull. Roger was highly supportive, very experienced and knowledgeable, being able to provide advice and info during every stage of my preparation for job applications. Roger helped me to prepare for interviews which was very important for me. In short, Roger was very professional, supportive, warm, experienced which was a huge help for me during this challenging process of finding a job. Highly recommended!

I have found coaching with Georgie very useful; it has helped me to clarify my career goals, kept me accountable and increased my confidence. Georgie prompted me to explore any barriers stopping me from reaching my goals and has been very encouraging and supportive.
In addition to the coaching there are a lot of resources available on the Stay Nimble platform which I intend to make full use of.
I am particularly keen to carry on exploring alternative career options that I may not have thought of and finding out what suits me.
The only thing that would have improved my experience is if my coaches availability had been made clear from the outset. Then I would have known what to expect in terms of responding to my messages.

I had just returned back to the UK after working abroad for a year. In light of the current covid pandemic and the economic climate I was doubtful that I would find a rewarding and fulfilling career. I knew I was looking for a career change but not sure exactly what that would be.

I have benefitted hugely from joining StayNimble to both use their online guides, tools and bits n pieces, but then crucially get a great affordable way to access a fantastic career coach. I´ve had an hour call each month with Caroline and she has been great at working through conversations, some activities and suggesting things to me as I have been trying to figure out how to approach my latest new job as well as where I might go next and for my longer term career.
