We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb (Stay With us Team) and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together.

Our kids absolutely loved the space and had a great time playing all around the house, which made the experience even more special for us as a family. Every member of our group felt comfortable and at ease, just like being in our own home.

The flexible cancellation policy was also a great advantage. The option to cancel even one day before with a full refund is something not many hosts offer. It really shows the host’s confidence in their property and their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Everything was well-organized, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for such a fantastic experience, we would highly recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back again!

Ryan and his team was absolutely amazing, Rochelle was always active to help and many more people, I enjoyed the stay and this place was overall a 10/10, will be back soon.

Good location not that far from the city centre, Easy self check in, Free street parking, Clean and felt very homely. Stayed for 3 nights and would 100% stay again, 10/10.

We spent a long weekend in a house on Beach Road, South Shields for a family get together and birthday celebration. The location was excellent. Plenty of parking. An easy walk to the Metro and to the lovely beach and beachside bars and cafes.
The house was spacious with 6 good bedrooms, large lounge and separate dining room. The property was carpeted throughout, nicely furnished and well decorated. It was well heated and there was a constant supply of hot water. There was nothing to dislike, although we did suggest that a 3rd sofa in the lounge would have been lovely!

I booked a room to be told I couldn't check in until at least 4pm , at which point I attended the property only to find I was struggling for over an hour to access the lock box with the key in . I contacted your team to be told there's no one on site until at least 7pm at which point security would be there. I missed important events due to this!! When i finally gained access the apartment had not been cleaned correctly food in the fridge , floors that needed cleaning , dirty vapes in drawers . I have tried to complain & was basically told that I was lying

Booked and paid for this pet friendly house in Sunderland for a very important family event. 2 days before arriving we received an email saying this company had cancelled our booking, no warning, just an email. Tried to speak to airbnb customer support and was offered a property in London !!! Obviously geography not being a strong suit! Absolutely fuming, so now trying to find somewhere very last minute, within our budget that is pet friendly ( the reason we booked this property) We are half way up the country, having already travelled to visit a friend and we are absolutely stuck! NEVER AGAIN

The photos of the property on the website made the rooms seem bigger and better than reality.
The bathroom was small, there was not enough seating in the lounge, the kitchen had little counter space, it was not well equipped, there was no wheelie bin for the house, the doors didn't fit properly, parking was difficult, the street was littered and noisy.
We cut our stay short.
Stay with us were not very responsive when we raised concerns.

Washing machine broke.
No hoover.
Bedroom windows locked, keys missing.

Reported issues.

Response was to send an engineer out to fix the machine but that never happened.

I told them I will take my clothes to the laundrette, send the invoice to pay at the end.
They agreed but keep avoiding to pay and responding to my emails.

I’ve given them 7 days to pay invoice.

Update here after 7 days.

I could not speak highly enough of Ryan and Stay With Us. They are very professional, and they are even achieving more in rent than they thought they would. They go over and above and are always on the ball. :)

We were introduced to stay with us in 2023 when we wanted to use one of our properties for serviced accommodation (SA) .We spoke with Ryan who helps us all the way. The journey was great but there came a time when the Cashflow we generated from the SA was not sufficient for us to keep going as planned due to some miscalculation on our path and we thought doing SA wasn’t viable anymore for us. We discussed our intentions to change the property to BTL with Ryan who then ensured that we got more cash flow by helping us engage with council to use our property which then automatically gave us a better cash flow and this came at the time of need for us . We are still enjoying the service till date.

In addition to this, Stay With us has made things a lot easier for us as we invest quite far away from home and stay with us ensure that whenever I needed certain information from the house like water reading from meter etc, they try to get this sorted out by using their man power and the resources available to them without trouble.

We loved this property in the lovely village of Hett. It is perfect if you have a dog as there are generous grass areas out the front door to walk. The home is comfortable, and as advertised with a nice kitchen. It has lovely bedrooms with great beds. All in all this is a beautiful home with great views and surrounding areas.

We were happy with our stay area was quite and house it’s self was clean and tidy
