Update: I got a response from my email and they are sending me a larger size which is totally amazing. Much happier about their customer service! I will give them a couple more stars now. They are also going to check with the manufacturers about the fabric.

The fabric is lovely, BUT and it's a big one...there is MAJOR SHRINKAGE! I messaged about sizing which took ages for a response. I decided to go up a size in the top and go with my normal size for bottoms. When I tried them on out of the package, the top fit perfectly the way I wanted as I wanted a more relaxed fit. I'm usually a 10 on top so went with the Medium. The bottoms were long but they fit well, true to size, so I washed them in cold 30C and hung dry. Well, I don't need to take up the bottoms now as they shrunk a good 2 inches and the top is now super fitted. And now that I washed them, I can't even exchange the top so a bit disappointed. Luckily, I did get them in the sale, but not sure if I'll order again. I've emailed but no reply. I know it's a small company, but the customer service is lacking a bit if you have any questions. It's too bad because the quality does seem good so far except that you may end up with something too small. I'm hoping it doesn't shrink anymore after the first wash.

I placed my order 4th October and have received half of it. To date (30/10/23) I have no idea when I’ll get the remainder. The remaining items were on pre order, which I didn’t realise because the notice was buried in the description so I overlooked it. However, I’ve had to write several times since and feel like I’m being fobbed off. Meanwhile they keep the money I’ve paid. The order # is 60743. This is my first time shopping with them and the overall experience has been very poor so I would not recommend them.

Love the colours and designs but there's a BUT. Paying for returns is very expensive. Also the sizing is unreliable. Be warned. I even phoned to get advice (I'm an 8/10) and still ended up with 4 items worth £200 that were too big! It's a pity about the returns policy because I won't be ordering from them again: mistakes are just too costly.

Good service, beautiful clothing. However I was disappointed that not only do you have to pay postage you also have to pay the return postage as well.

I bought a skirt which I love, great colours and quality. I also bought some trousers which didn’t suit me so I returned and received a refund immediately. Great customer service.

Initially after receiving my items (starry starry night short pj’s for £55 plus postage) I was pleased with the fit and quality. After a few months I’d worn them a few times at most and washed them the same amount of times and they faded drastically despite washing on low temperature.

I’d forgotten about the pjs over the winter and pulled them out to wear tonight (purchased late last summer 2022) and they just look terrible as the colour has faded so much and so badly I wouldn’t wear them again.

I was then on Instagram and an ad for st.berts came up on my feed so I commented I didn’t think the clothes were worth the high price tag due to fading after washing. St.Berts replied saying I shouldn’t leave negative feedback on public forum they have excellent reviews and it’s extremely damaging to them. I replied saying I wasn’t trying to damage their business I was just giving honest and open feedback about an issue I encountered. My comments were then deleted…this is not good that a company is unable to respond to negative feedback. I will not order again and if you look at reviews they are all made after people have just received their items…they are not after they’ve been washed and worn several times so I doubt I’m the only customer that has encountered this.

It’s not acceptable when the price tag is so high and to delete comments says it all I believe. I don’t think comments can be deleted from Trustpilot hence why I’ve left the review here which I wouldn’t have done had my comment from Instagram ad not been deleted.

Brilliant brand, I love their style, quality is designer quality made in Portugal... probably from the same Portuguese factories that supply the likes of Aubin and Jack Wills (before they were taken over by sports direct) and other quality brands. Absolutely delighted with my purchases will be purchasing more!

Excellent experience ordering for the first time. I was a tiny bit put out my 10% welcome discount (£9) got almost swallowed up by the postage (£5) going back in but when I mentioned it they refunded it immediately.
Clothes came really fast and rainbow cinched sweatpants were gorgeous quality and not too long -hooray - for me (5'2").
Clothes are really cool without trying too hard.
Easy to track parcel progress through Shop app.
Would definitely recommend.

I accidentally stumbled across St. Berts when looking for some rainbow jogging bottoms. I found an amazing selection of gorgeous clothes for Men, Women and Kids. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I placed my order. However my package arrived within 2 days, fully trackable. But I have to say, the quality of the clothing is superb. Really beautiful soft brushed cotton sweatpants, with quality stitching. Their customer service is also exceptional. I love a company who give you a phone number rather than an online form, if you have any queries.
I love this brand, I love their customer service and this is my new "Go To" site for casual clothing.

Having never heard of this company (and only one other TrustPilot review) I was sceptical. I placed an order two days ago, my purchases arrived today. Beautifully packaged, sizes correct, vibrant colours as per the photos on the website and the quality of the clothing is stunning! Safe to say I will be purchasing from St.Berts again!
