Awful

Awful, contacted them just for some quotes, it was overpriced so ultimately I decided not to go with them and stick with current insurance. Couple weeks later I find that my escrow has been sucked dry by them. Never signed anything, never said anything on the phone stating I was for sure in. They just stole money from my escrow and now sending a check to me I’m sure will take 87 business days to arrive. Staying far away from a company that is this trigger happy. Clearly unorganized. Amir Henderson was my rep, frustrating that I have to waste my time with phone calls and deposits and customer service via mortgage company to correct all this because they can’t do business properly.

First of all, it appearred i qualified for the coverage. That's good.
Additionally, the rep was patient with explaining the coverages which made me receptive to wanting to business with Steadily.

I am writing this to alert other…

All reviews here are related to pricing, but your claims do not get approved!!! I am writing this to alert other consumers to Steadily’s bad-faith claim handling practices. My property suffered interior water damage following a sudden storm event on October 13, 2025. Despite this being a clear covered peril, Steadily denied the claim by misapplying a 14-day "moisture exclusion". They have provided zero forensic evidence to support their 14-day theory, and this denial is totally unreasonable for a sudden storm event.

Update: Steadily is stretching the "continuous or repeated seepage" language to cover residual moisture from a sudden storm. The exclusion is intended for gradual plumbing leaks or neglect, not for water intrusion from a singular weather event. The proximate cause is the storm, not a maintenance failure. In addition, Steadily has refused my formal request to obtain my Claim Package.

We had an awesome experience with Steadily Insurance, especially Connor - he was seriously the best. Connor was super patient, friendly, flexible and incredibly helpful - especially since this was our first time purchasing homeowner’s insurance. We had a ton of questions, and he took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we understood our options. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Connor!

Cost effective, quick, and easy!

Compared to my last company, I'm getting even better coverage for much less. I was worried the trade off would be worse customer service, but I didn't have to worry! The customer service has been great. I had to call to get my effective start date adjusted and it was so quick and easy.
I've been happy to work with Steadily so far and would recommend them.
