Steak King products are sourced directly from farmers and fishermen from around the world, we pride ourselves on working with the finest producers that care about their products the same way that we do. Meats and Seafoods are flown in fresh and processed by our own expert butchers here in Hong Kong before being blast frozen and delivered to your door.

Excellent meat quality & Helpful Staff Team

My first experience with Steak King is really fabulous. As I was not familiar with the website and therefore nearly missed my expected delivery date, they really tried so hard to help out and got my purchase delivered in time. A big thanks to Joan !

What is more, their ribeye is fresh, juicy and delicious. I will definitely buy again and will recommend them to my friends.

I am a bit upset as I just bought a few…

I am a bit upset as I just bought a few Waygu M9 and the state weight is suppose to be 1.01kg and 1.032 kg but when we weigh it at home, it came out to be smaller at 969.9 g and 981.3 g, a loss of 4% and 5% of what it has been stated. Did not happen before

High quality. Good price

Delivered quickly and quality of everything was high and good prices...much cheaper than elsewhere for better quality.

Delivery staff very polite and had follow my instructions

But I ordered the steak need to pre-cut, and it’s still doing nothing
At least the system should let me know they can’t do it

Long time ago the system can specify the delivery time range but now can’t. This one is no good

Overall happy despite recent disappointment

I have been a regular customer of both Steak King and Flat Iron. I particularly love the special meat deals which are a bargain and so far always of good quality.

With my last order, however, I was disappointed in the fact that the guanciale I ordered was already expired one week ago. The expiry date was clearly visible on the packing.

When I contacted the hotline, they were apologetic and offered me a voucher for my next purchase (subject to minimum amount) and which was less than I had paid for the guanciale? My disappointment that this means I am suffering a financial loss due to their oversight was quickly understood and they offered to replace the guanciale with a fresh order. I was fine with this outcome, yet this lapse of judgment from management annoys me. Moreover, I now wonder whether the expired meat would be “recycled” or properly disposed.

I have been happy with the products and service, and understand that screw-ups can happen. I hope this feedback would lead to better quality control and improve customer response.

What you see is what you get

If you live in HK and can't speak good Chinese. Steak king can be your personal butcher. You can get any well known steak for super cheap, and the quality is super good too.

exceptional customer care and professionalism

I placed a repeat order of premium cuts from this high-end meat distributor, expecting the same top-tier experience as before. Unfortunately, the batch was from a different source, and the quality didn’t match my prior purchase. That said, the distributor’s response was immediate and professional—they acknowledged the issue and arranged a swift replacement without hesitation. Their proactive customer care shows they’re serious about maintaining high standards. While consistency matters, their commitment to remedying issues is equally worth noting. I am very impressed with them and will definitely continue to buy from them.

Great quality products

Great quality products, great service, easy to use app. The only thing is, and I see I’m not alone with this here, we tend to overlook if a product comes frozen or chilled. This may cause disappointment and a subsequent, unjustified less-than-5 star review, Please put another reminder at check out that some products come chilled. Otherwise great overall service. I don't want to leave Aberdeen because of steak King.

Staff are friendly and steak are fantastic with reasonable price. It's so near my place that I could go pop in anytime for some chilled steaks.
